The 2016 update to the Strategic Plan aligns the efforts of the City's service delivery departments with the goals of Council. BACKGROUND In February 2015, Abbotsford City Council provided direction to staff through a Strategic Vision document that set out a Vision, Mission, Values and 4 Cornerstones for the City of Abbotsford.
