1 Workforce Reporting (For Administrators) Government bodies are becoming increasingly interested in knowing which type of and where the workers are coming from on particular construction projects. LCPtracker allows for a variety of goals to be set per project for things such as women, minorities, apprentices and also allows you to monitor residency of the contractors. Many other reports are possible with the data stored in LCPtracker. Setting Project Goals (optional) Project Setup provides you with the ability to set unique goals for each project within the database. Your agency may choose to set one or more of these goals, or may choose not to set any goals for a given project. Selected goals work with selected reports. Goals may be filled in for: Apprentice % Minority % Women % Apprentice Hours Minority Hours Female Hours Minority Journeyperson %

2 Minority Apprentice % Minority Laborer % Female Journeyperson % Female Apprentice % Female Laborer % Project Residency Additionally, wards/districts and community area lists can be setup in the system and then areas are chosen from a pick list. These values are used in conjunction with the ADMIN EDIT EMPLOYEE function. This function allows you to assign the employee to a ward, a community area, or a project area. If you want to use these fields it is recommended that you talk with LCPtracker. They are most efficiently used with an interface with your Geographic Information System (GIS). The following fields are included in the project setup. They can be used as you need to. They are not used in any report, with the exception of the Reimbursement Rate Amount, which is used in the Apprentice Training Reimbursement Report. Assigning an Employee to a Geographic Area (optional) Under the ADMIN tab EDIT EMPLOYEE, administrators can assign employees to specific geographic areas.

3 Workforce Reports There are a number of standard workforce reports available through LCPtracker under the Reports tab. They range in complexity, depending upon your agency s needs. Goal Report The Goal Report is a simple report to monitor apprentice, minority and women goals. This report may be queried for a contractor or all contractors, a project or all projects, and for a given date range.

4 Summary of Workforce Utilization Report This report gives a nice summary of hours worked by construction trade, craft level, ethnicity, and gender. Again, it may be run for a project or all projects, a contractor or all contractors, and a specified date range. Utilization Summary Report Hours by City This report allows you to look at all hours worked by city. The hours are broken down by regular, overtime, and double time hours.

5 Employee Utilization Report This report is useful if you need to examine where workers are coming from on particular projects. It looks at both hours and percent of: ethnicity gender residency It is further broken down by job class, by contractor and by city. EEO Weekly Report This is definitely our most comprehensive workforce report available. It breaks down hours and dollars paid to minorities, women, and residents by classification, contractor, project and city.

6 At the bottom of this report is a summary section which gives you totals of hours and dollars for the various classifications, minorities, and females for all cities, contractors and projects.
