2 COMPANY PROFILE: ABOUT EFQM EFQM, is a not for profit membership foundation with over 26 years experience of supporting over 50,000 organisations throughout Europe and beyond. EFQM was originally founded in 1988 to bring together organisations for sustainable excellence, building a network of members comprising private and public organisations of every size and sector from around the world Vision: A world striving for sustainable Excellence. Since its inception, the EFQM Excellence Model has been a blueprint for EFQM members and organisations across and beyond Europe to develop a culture of excellence, drive innovation, and improve results. EFQM launched its Middle East branch in the Dubai Knowledge Park in Nov 2015 with the aim to leverage the local excellence experience, Page 2

3 to foster greater collaboration with international organisations and to enhance global visibility and reach. EFQM and HRC Group are partnering together with the objective of offering to the EFQM network modern and innovative ways to perform benchmarking sessions. HRC Group is a professional HR network with strong network in Italy and beyond. Both organisations are striving to provide their community with value added by offering exchanges, problem solving experiences and benchmarking across peer organisations. The first 2 product of this partnership, ready to be offered to the EFQM network, are the Benchmarking in Italy Design & Fashion Excellence Week Benchmarking in Silicon Valley Digital & Game Changer Excellence Week 1. Benchmarking in Italy Design & Fashion Excellence Week The Design & Fashion Excellence Tour is a full-immersion benchmarking program targeting leaders and executives from organisations across the world interested to learn from Italian Industries of Excellence. By joining the Program participants will learn about the Italian Culture of Excellence, visiting the most important Brands in Sports, Fashion and Automotive Industry in one week, and will be get first hand insights on how these organisations became trend-makers in their own industries. The program focuses on Innovation Management: Master concepts of radical innovation, digital disruption, networks, platforms and Best Practices Industry Disruptions: Only the companies who can generate new ideas and quickly implement them will thrive. Learn how new technologies are radically changing the industry landscape and what steps you can take to stay ahead of the game Customer Centricity: Experience how Italian companies involve and get close to their customers to really address their needs. 4 PROGRAM The Italian Excellence Tour exposes participants to real-life examples of innovative companies. During the excellence tour, meetings with key managers of the host companies will be organized, for an exclusive Learning and Benchmarking experience of the participant. Participants will stay in top notch hotels where they will get additional insights on the tourism and hospitality sector. At the end of the tour participants will receive a participation Award as «Italian Excellence Tour Ambassador».
