Adapted to your needs: your lease contract. 1 2 Full-payout lease contracts Certainty right from the start Non-payout lease contracts Reliable and flexible We customise contracts to your specifications Do you use IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards? Ideal if you already know how long you need finance for. The rental payments and the term are specified at the outset. On request, the contract can include the option to buy at the end of the term or to extend the lease with reduced payments. Perfect for leasing high-cost items that retain their value with shorter terms, lower rental payments and a calculated residual value at the end of the contract. You can then decide whether or not you want to extend the contract. Every company, every industry and every leased item has its own unique requirements. That s why we provide solutions tailored to your individual needs. We work with you to develop a lease contract that meets the precise requirements of your business. If so, we will work with you to design a leasing strategy that complies with the requirements of German tax law and also with international accounting regulations. Hire-purchase contracts Purchase assets without credit Your company becomes the beneficial owner of the asset and, unlike with leasing, the asset is recognised on your balance sheet.
