150 West Main Street, Suite 1600 Norfolk, VA No one at Host will tell you their job is easy. It s not a good fit for everyone. It doesn t matter who you are or where you came from, we will continuously push ourselves outside of our comfort zones. You will work harder than you knew you could and realize potential you didn t know was there. In a rapidly growing company like ours, opportunity abounds for those who push themselves. We utilize each team member s skills and help them develop personally and professionally, driving talent forward within the organization. Most of the Host team has heard me say, You set your own ceiling. If you want to grow, work for it, because progress isn t something you re guaranteed. It s meant to be earned. The first of our company s Core Principles is Our people are our greatest asset. Our secret to success is dedicated employees, who know they re appreciated and valued. At Host, we re better because of each other. We hire the most diverse workforce we can find, and together, we make an exceptional team. In our industry, our goal is to set and raise the bar in every aspect. This includes the people we hire. We refuse to provide service that s anything less than excellent, and we won t let a mediocre player slow us down. We re looking for the best of the best, and we put a lot of focus on finding the right person for each seat on the bus. We consider each employee a member of the Host family. We have loyal team members who have been on staff for decades, and we wouldn t be where we are without them. We also have team members who started last month, already making a lasting impact on our organization. Host is a demanding place to work, but it s always exciting. Theodore Roosevelt once said, Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing. If you have a passion for making a difference, this is the place for you. It s humbling for me to be a member of this group. I m proud of the legacy we re building, and I hope you ll consider becoming a part of it. Adam Anderson 1
CORE PRINCIPLES People At Host, our people are our greatest assets. Our company is our people, and the service they provide is our only product. Safety We have a culture of safety at Host. Our teams work in dangerous environments, so we develop site specific safety procedures to focus on real risk factors and mitigate them as a team. Our safety record is exponentially better than the industry average, because we know there are no shortcuts to excellence. Service Our service is our product, and it s top-of-the-line. We set the service standard, not our customers. When it s not exceptional, we re not satisfied. We always want to exceed customer expectations. We take our dedication to exceptional service a step further and maintain that it s not only for our clients, but for each other. It s the service our HR department delivers to our new team members, the service our executives provide our employees, and the service our IT department offers every office location. The mentality of exceptional service runs throughout the whole organization. Relationships Every relationship is important. We maintain relationships with our vendors, our principals, global trade organizations, ports, communities, the Coast Guard, the government, and so on. We know our relationships impact not only our business goals, but our customers goals as well. 2 2
Detectives We are committed to knowing our marketplace, because we want to understand and help our customers the best we can. Host tracks each and every ship--where it s going, what it s doing, and whether we re handling it or not. We want to know when the port is being dredged, when the funding will be released to build the bridge, and how many tons per hour go across the conveyor. We have a great handle on everything that affects commerce in our communities. Opportunities We take good opportunities when we see them, knowing that our hard work today will lead to a legacy of growth. Host provides opportunity to our customers to grow with us, and we love the opportunity to grow with our customers. Internally, we provide a lot of opportunity to our employees, always working to move talent forward. Integrity At Host, we always tell the truth, even when it s uncomfortable. We never have to remember what story we told. When we make a mistake, we own it. Legacy We re very proud of our legacy, which we ve been building for over 90 years. It s a legacy of exceptional service, impeccable safety standards, and the highest integrity. In a business so deeply based on our reputation, protecting our legacy is more important than any financial gain. 3 3
WORKFORCE AND GROWTH STATS Since 1963, 81 % OF ALL EMPLOYEES who stayed with longer than one year are still here. IN THE PAST Years... provided 52 opportunities for relocation 45% of our team received 1or more PROMOTIONS. Of the 256 people hired, we ve had a 71% retention rate.

COMPANY HISTORY T. Parker Host, Inc. was founded in 1923 by its namesake, T. Parker Host, Sr., a life-long maritime leader in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Host set the path for the company with his dedication to the maritime community and our Core Principles. His legacy has continued through four generations of the Host family, and while operating with his values in mind, we have flourished. Having a Vision When Host incorporated our company, he laid out many purposes for the business: ship agency, freight forwarders, brokers, ship suppliers, terminal operators, stevedores, marine asset owners, and terminal owners. But at the time, the company was only serving as a ship agency in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. It wasn t until 1986 that Host began to expand, opening more agency offices along the East Coast, and eventually the Gulf Coast and Colombia. Using the knowledge and experience gained from our long history as agents, we successfully ventured into all other sectors of Host s original vision. We currently act as stevedores and terminal operators for a variety of operations, from wood pellets and liquid fertilizer to luxury yachts and steel. With custom logistics packages, marine assets, and more, we re now known for REAL solutions of all types on the waterfront. 6 6
Preserving Our Legacy of Exceptional Service As the company grows and expands, we uphold our reputation for exceptional service with a scalable business model, ensuring every operation performs at the Host level, using the same systematic approach. Hiring the best is how we protect our legacy. With over 250 full-time employees, we re still very much a family company, and we take great pride in our people and services. Host s motivated team is highly trained, commercially aware, and professional at every level. Our people are our greatest assets, and we re dedicated to each employee s long term success and growth with Host. T. Parker Host, Sr. used to say, The promises made today are the promises kept tomorrow. We keep our promises to our people and our clients through our strong dedication to integrity and our focus on creating long-term relationships with our customers and our ports. 7 7
CORPORATE STRUCTURE T. Parker Host was founded in At the time, and for a long time after, the company was known primarily for the ship agency services we still proudly offer today as Host Agency. Host actually began stevedoring services in 1925, but took a hiatus for a few decades. We re-entered the terminal space in 1999 as Host Terminals at the request of a customer who wanted to invest their capital, but needed a REAL solution for maintaining the waterfront workforce. As a result, T. Parker Host, Inc. now serves as the parent company to many subsidiaries, including Host Terminals, Host Agency, and Host Marine. As agents, we coordinate with many local and international parties for every ship we re appointed, giving us a worldwide network of relationships throughout the maritime community. By developing a relationship with each supply chain stakeholder, Host agents are aware of client needs as they develop and change. During each port call, we serve as their eyes and ears, collecting and communicating data based on their goals and offering REAL solutions when needed. Whether that strategy is prompted by a sudden change in plans or unexpected weather, or if it s a way we ve found to make a port call more efficient, our agents have the knowledge and experience, and we re ready to help. 8
The waterfront is a challenging workplace, where heavy manufacturing actually floats and time truly equals money. Our customers are well aware of these unique dynamics, and they trust Host to put our hard-earned experience to work to meet shared goals. With a wide geographic and service scope, Host Terminals has teams that can take on unique challenges in diverse environments, always adding value while providing REAL solutions to our customers. Often operating terminals for third parties, we re trusted with the safe care and custody of over 100 million-dollars-worth of assets. Annually, we handle approximately 560 vessels, 250 million gallons of liquid bulk, and 14 million tons of dry bulk. As stevedores, Host handles 150 thousand tons of breakbulk, heavy lift, and project cargoes, and thousands of container moves every year. Whether it s a one-off, 300-ton generator, a $100 million dollar yacht, or a thousand bags of cement, we ve done it before, and we re prepared to do it again. When a custom solution requires specific assets, Host does the detective work and researches all the options. If there s a need for us to invest, co-invest, or fully purchase an asset to offer our customers the best service possible, we re ready and financially prepared to do so. All that we ve purchased or chartered has been part of a specific, customer-focused, REAL solution. Host also hires employees to staff the equipment. We employ full tugboat crews, launch boat drivers, maintenance mechanics, and more. As part of our team approach with clients, this helps us streamline vendors, reduce costs, and provide our exceptional level of service everywhere we can. 9
