2 Methodology Edelman Intelligence conducted the fourth year of Addison Group s Annual Workplace Survey. With previous waves having focused on a wide array of topics including a multigenerational workforce, manager/employer dynamics, the gig economy, and the role of advanced degrees, this year the team took a deeper dive into the future of the workplace, polarities in workforce, and job seeking and corporate culture... where? Who? How many? how? When?
