Tokyo, 19 Nov Summit leaders... welcomed the nomination of a National Contact Point (NCP) for the EU Framework Programme in Japan, as an important step to facilitate the participation of Japanese entities to the EU s Horizon 2020 programme, and expressed their desire to open up new horizons for Japan-EU science and technology collaboration.
