General Manager) Job requirement Design of Machine tools, Cutting tools & fixtures particularly in the areas of CNC turning centres, milling machines & multispindle automatics with the skill in team management to handle the total projects. Good knowledge in concept development and design To manage the team handling Design & Development projects Experience years of experience in the area of Designs & Development in the Machines Tools Industry. SL POST SENIOR CONSULTANT ( HRM ) 01 of Post 1 Duration One Year HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of - PS VII (Dy. General Manager) Qualification Graduate preferably with Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management Job requirement To manage the industrial relation in the Unit to ensure a healthy and peaceful working environment. To manage day to day HR functions. To supervise other areas of HR like administration, welfare, canteen management, transport and security apart from core HR activities of the Unit. To co-ordinate with internal & external Government agencies for labour laws related issues.

2 Experience To handle various kind of legal matters pertaining to the Unit in co-ordination with Company s advocates years in the Machines Tools Industry covering the entire gamut of Human Resources Management, Administration and Industrial Relation. General Manager) Job requirement Experience in design & development of CNC Gear Cutting Machines like Gear Hobbing and Gear Shaping Machines with the skill in team management to handle various projects. Experience years of experience in the area of Designs & Development in the Machines Tools Industry. SL POST CONSULTANT( ASSEMBLY) 02 of Post 1 Duration One Year HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of - PS VI (AGM) Job requirement Commissioning / Trials of Multi-spindle machines at site. Assembly work and component trials to be conducted at site. Demonstration of machine working for all the functions /operations. Execution of orders of Multi-spindles automats. Willingness to travel within the Country for erection/ Commissioning & servicing of machines. Willingness to perform other responsibilities assigned from time to time. 3 SL. POST SR. FINANCE ASSOCIATE 03 of Post 1 Duration One Year HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of PS- V (Manager) Qualification B. Com. Job requirement years of experience in Main Accounts, Financial Management Information Reports, finalisation of accounts, balance sheet, operation plans, audit, MIS and other allied works of Main Accounts preferably in Machine Tools Industry of PSUs. Statutory compliances and maintenance of statutory books/records including liasoning with statutory agencies such as PF, Central excise, VAT, Service Tax, etc. Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors and Govt. Auditors with an expertise in addressing the Audit queries and reports including Tax audits Experience years in handling gamut of Finance & Accounts functions preferably in Machine Tools Industry of PSUs. SL. POST SR. ASSOCIATE ( PLANNING) 03 of Post 1 Duration One Year HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of PS- V (Manager) Job requirement Planning of Multi-spindle automats and tooling manufacturing process. Tooling planning and co-ordination for FC 226, L- 17,L-60 & TSC-20 Machines Time estimation and process planning Tooling layouts and costings. Willingness to perform other responsibilities assigned from time to time. Experience years in the Machines Tools Industry, good planning skill covering the areas of Multi-spindle auto machines for heavy parts and Tool planning.

ASSOCIATE (MAINTENANCE ) 03 of Post 1 Duration One Year HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of PS- V (Manager) Job requirement Maintaining heavy duty machines like plano-millers, Waldrich Coborg, machining center, boring machine, etc. Person should be capable of attending day to day maintenance of CNC machines, conventional lathes, Milling machines, Grinding machines and special purpose machines. Should take care of oil and coolant requirement of all the machines of the factory. Willingness to perform other responsibilities assigned from time to time. Experience years in the area of Maintenance in Machine Tools Industry. SL. POST ASSOCIATE ( PLANT MAINTENANCE) of Post 1 05 Duration One Year HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of PS-III Dy. Engineer Qualification Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ NAC (Electrical) Job requirement To ensure uninterrupted power supply and also to take care of emergency breakdowns. Maintenance of distribution networks in the Unit & Industrial estate Recording of power consumption in Industrial estate, billing & collection of dues. Maintenance of DG sets and liasoning with BESCOM and KPTCL Experience 15 years for Diploma holders and 20 years for NAC (E) holders in the Machine Tools Industry covering all the machines in the shop floor and taking care of oils and coolants requirement for the machines. SL. POST SENIOR SECURITY INSPECTOR of Post 1 13 Duration One Year

Job requirement To oversee and supervise function and responsibilities of Security department in various shifts. Experience years of experience in the field of Industrial Security in the rank of Inspector. Preference will be given to an Exserviceman. SL. POST SECURITY INSPECTOR of Post 2 13 Duration One Year HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of WG VI Qualification Job requirement Experience SSLC. Preference will be given to Ex-Serviceman. At the end of the fixed tenure stated in the web advertisement, the tenure of the post automatically ceased to exit, and for this purpose no separate communication will be given to the person appointed on contract. The posts are not against any permanent vacancy and this placement will not ensure any regular /permanent employment in HMT Machine Tools Limited in future. 6 During the period of contract the services will be terminated with one month s notice, by either side. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Government Directives. Selection will be made by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority. Documents in support of qualification and relevant experience shall be submitted along with the Resume at the time of interview.
