2 Job Posting CANADIAN MENTAL Nipissing Regional Branch Contract ending March 31, 2019 Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper $ $22.11/hr Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be joining the administrative team, providing bookkeeping responsibilities for the Association s Client Trusteeship Program and clerical support to the Branch and other programs of the Association. The hours of work will be 8:30am 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. There are no benefits available for this position. Job Specifications 1. College certificate or diploma from a Business Administration program, 2. Minimum of three years experience in an office environment, specifically with bookkeeping, accounts payable and payroll, HST reconciliation and clerical duties. 3. Experience with computers: Windows, Microsoft Office, Simply Accounting, ACCPAC. 4. Experience in using and trouble-shooting problems with a variety of office equipment; i.e. telephone systems including voice mail, photocopier, and fax machine. 5. Criminal Record Check Mandatory. 6. Exceptional communication and receptionist skills a must. 7. Experience working in the mental health field an asset. 8. Bilingualism is mandatory.
