12 Purpose Enables you to post hours paid to general ledger (GL) unit accounts for reporting Set up on Payroll Posting Accounts window Setup Create unit accounts Use Payroll Posting Accounts window to assign accounts You can disable pay codes from posting hours Used with Labor Accrual Manager 12

13 Usage Will post to GL during payroll posting Will only post to GL, not through Hours will print on payroll check posting register Demo 13

14 Labor Accrual Manager Purpose Enables you to accrue & reverse payroll expenses Is an estimation for purposes of accrual, not the split of an actual payroll run Can accrue hours & then reverse the accrual 14

15 Setup Set up payroll posting accounts for dollars & hours Turn off posting of hours for specific pay codes, if desired Define labor accrual accounts to be used in accrual Usage Process payrolls in GP Only pay runs processed after the Labor Accrual Manager product is installed will show up in the scrolling window section of this screen Use the Payroll Accruals window to accrue dollars & hours 15
