Navitas provides services for over 83,000 people in 23 countries. Navitas is currently seeking a Finance Director, Corporate Financial Planning. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is a key position within the Group s Senior Finance team. The role will involve providing Navitas Board, Executive and senior leadership teams with a high degree of expertise in business planning and financial modelling, financial and operational reporting, financial market appraisal linked to operational and corporate strategy development, M&A evaluation and transaction leadership, business performance monitoring and improvement, and investment appraisal governance. Key Responsibilities Management, coordination and delivery of the group s annual budget and quarterly forecasts to the Executive leadership team and Board, coordinating Business unit leaders and senior finance teams on a rolling basis and leading the corporate review process to ensure the organisation is delivering optimal performance against both internal and external expectations. Provide financial oversight to the group s strategic planning process and deliver long range financial plans for the business to the Executive leadership team and Board. Management and delivery of the group s corporate-level CEO and CFO reports to the Executive team and Board, including KPI dashboards for strategic, operational and financial performance. Perform monitoring and benchmarking to deliver continuous operating and financial performance improvements across the group s businesses. Work alongside the Head of Investor Relations to manage external performance expectations versus internal financial plans to help guide the investor relations strategy for the group. Implement and provide financial and strategic governance of a group level investment appraisal process for material opex, capex and corporate investments. Lead the M&A strategy, evaluation and transaction processes, including the implementation and management of an annual defence strategy for the Board. Leadership of a small team of financial professionals, including development and training of staff, motivating to deliver the best results and develop an excellence culture. Provision of financial reporting, planning and commercial support to corporate functions of HR, IT, Finance and Group Sales & Marketing. Essential Criteria Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting with CA/CPA/CIMA (UK) or equivalent. At least 15 years previous experience in senior finance leadership roles in listed corporate environments. An excellent understanding of the factors (both external and internal) that drive/influence the performance of organisations.

2 Previous experience in providing reporting to senior levels (e.g. Board or EMG) within the organisation. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and self-management skills. The ability to initiate and manage change. A presence of authority and seniority with strong leadership skills. Ability to work independently and utilise a high level of initiative. An intelligent and analytical mind, able to work through highly complex matters. An excellent team player and people leader with ability to develop staff by providing continued challenging and interesting work. 3 Position Description Title: Finance Director, Corporate Financial Planning Division: Reports to: Navitas Finance Division Chief Financial Officer 1. Overview and Objectives of the Position: This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is a key position within the Group s Senior Finance team leading and developing a small team of financial experts focused on corporate decision support. The role will involve providing Navitas Board, Executive and senior leadership teams with a high degree of expertise in business planning and financial modelling, financial and operational reporting, financial market appraisal linked to operational and corporate strategy development, M&A evaluation and transaction leadership, Business performance monitoring and improvement and investment appraisal governance. Key deliverables will include the Group s annual budgets/ quarterly forecasts, three year financial plans and the constant monitoring and reporting of the Group s performance against set budgets to the Executive leadership team and Board. The role will also work hand-in-hand with the existing strategy and business development teams to provide financial oversight to the strategic planning process and strong commercial support on key financial transactions across the group, including financial oversight for M&A transactions. The role has direct and indirect reports that will assist with the planning, forecasting and reporting processes. The role must also work closely with Executive management and senior finance / operational leaders and must be able to confidently deal with people from all levels within the organisation. 2. 4 3. Key Result Areas: The Finance Director, Corporate Financial Planning is provided with a wide range exposure to the business divisions within Navitas. The critical element of the role is to analyse, challenge and interpret strategic, operational and financial information to gain a keen understanding and assist management and executive to make informed financial decisions. The person must have the ability to think strategically, see the big picture and act as a partner to the business. In addition, the person will interact regularly with executive management and they must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with this level of audience. Other requirements as directed by the CFO and Executive leadership team from time to time.
