Our service offering has three main components: 1. Establishing international nursery facilities to serve large scale projects; 2. Growing trees professionally using accelerated growing methodologies; 3. Training clients to install plants and manage plantings successfully. Tree Global s vision is to be the world s leading provider of high performance trees, creating an internationally-recognized brand around a portfolio of superior products and services. Our nursery service and all-natural accelerated growing methodologies will power a successful global enterprise and profoundly improve the wellbeing of the earth s forest ecosystems. Tree Global s first project is in Mongolia. Established in 2011, our Mongolia facility currently has the capacity to grow 500,000 trees per year, with plans to increase this capacity significantly over the next few years. We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the development of Tree Global in Mongolia.

2 Tree Global Senior Management Team The Country Mongolia will be supported by and accountable to Tree Global s Senior Management Team (SMT): TGI Director of Operations TGI SMT Country NGO Nursery Outplanting Supervisor Finance & Admin Officer Sales Assistant Ass t Nursery Procurement Officer Outplanting Environment Officer Driver(s) Marketing & Communications Crew Chief (s) Outplanting Crews Accountant Nursery Team(s) Country Mongolia, Role and Responsibilities The Country Mongolia will be based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and be responsible for all aspects of the successful delivery of products and services to our clients in Mongolia. The Country Mongolia has two principal responsibilities: 1. To drive the growth of Tree Global Mongolia (TGM) sales and client base in Mongolia; 2. To ensure successful delivery of TGM projects; 3. To ensure effective, efficient administration of Mongolia operations. The specific responsibilities of the Country Mongolia are as follows: 1. Growth of Sales and Customer Base A. Strategy Identify and assess market trends relevant to TGM objectives

3 Develop TGM s Mongolia strategy Identify emerging opportunities for TGM in Mongolia Report on TGM s strategy against key metrics B. Sales Develop and update the sales plan for Mongolia Prepare and present proposals to key clients in Mongolia Follow up with clients to successfully conclude the proposal process Track projections and coordinate sales with the SMT C. Networking & Relationships Ensure TGM is appropriately represented at the highest levels of the national political, environmental, business and industry communities in Mongolia Develop and strengthen relationships with influential Mongolian organizations and individuals including government, international organizations, private sector entities and development banks Identify and engage implementation partners for TGM projects D. Financing Maintain and monitor key financial projections of TGM operations Work with the SMT to develop financing strategies Solicit and secure local source financing in line with agreed strategy E. Visibility & Marketing Develop and implement the TGM in-country visibility and marketing strategy Document project progress for internal and external reporting Organize and collect photo documentary evidence for TGM marketing materials Contribute to interviews and publications as required 2. Ensure Successful Delivery of TGM Projects A. Operations Management In close collaboration with the Nursery : Review and approve operations planning Review and approve contractor and supplier commitments

4 Oversee budgeting and payment processes Ensure effective monitoring and reporting of project implementation Manage communications to TGM stakeholders B. NGO Management Set sales targets and project parameters for the NGO Prepare sales materials for the NGO on special projects where TGM is responsible for delivery Oversee the performance and deliverables of the NGO Maintain oversight of the NGO budget and accounting 3. Administration of Mongolia Operations A. Human Resources Create an attractive, effective work culture for employees and consultants of TGM Determine appropriate staffing levels of the Mongolia operation Develop job profiles and professional development systems Ensure compensation packages are appropriate for the context Conduct performance evaluations of TGM employees Ensure appropriate personnel management systems are in place Provide leadership to the TGM team Ensure all staff and representatives of TGM uphold company values in the workplace B. Finance & Accounting Manage TGM operations to financial targets and company regulations Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records of all TGM business Ensure TGM is in compliance with local rules and regulations Provide regular financial updates to the SMT Proactively identify potential problems and opportunities to be more cost effective C. Legal Ensure TGM company registration is complete and kept up-to-date Ensure TGM staff have appropriate legal registration (visas, social security, etc.) Ensure TGM is in compliance with local rules and regulations

5 Manage contracts with local professional legal services D. IT Ensure TGM has IT equipment and services required to conduct TGM business in country Oversee the implementation and usage of TGM IT systems (e.g. , file sharing, etc.) Manage contracts with local IT service providers E. Premises & Equipment Identify, equip and maintain appropriate office space for TGM, suitable for its business objectives and ease of conducting business Develop & maintain legal agreements for TGM offices & facilities (e.g. rental agreements, land leases, etc.) Ensure staff have appropriate equipment to carry out their responsibilities Develop and maintain an inventory of office equipment Work with the Master Grower to ensure operational growing facilities are functioning and up to TG standards F. Supply Chain Management In coordination with the Master Grower and Director of Operations, ensure timely procurement and delivery of supplies for the operations Negotiate with local suppliers to secure materials best sourced locally Create and manage relations with the Customs Department to ensure smooth importation of externally sourced materials Solve unanticipated problems in the supply chain effectively and efficiently G. Reporting Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate reporting to the SMT across all aspects of the Mongolia operations
