The Overseas Management Trainee Programme is a collaboration between Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) and Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) which aims to provide Malaysian overseas graduates with management training opportunities in overseas parent companies which have operations in Malaysia Foreign Manufacturing and Services Companies in Malaysia will have access to top talent Malaysian overseas graduates will gain work experience with MNCs and get better chance of employment upon completing undergraduate studies Companies Benefits Objectives Increase Investment Value Proposition for Malaysia Ensuring a sustainable Returnon-Investment (ROI) To provide Industrial exposure & Working Experience Nurture Malaysian overseas scholars for the local industries Place scholars in relevant industries based on place & train The company will be able to learn about the performance of trainees as potential recruits and are thus in a better position to make decisions on recruitment.
