Minimum 6 years experience in a marketing or communications role that necessitated the creation of marketing content for both online and offline media 2. A relevant professional academic qualification in marketing, communications, or content development 3. Demonstrated ability to write and create a variety of forms of content is essential. For example: Website content/landing pages, marketing, brochures, testimonial stories & case studies, annual reports, social media, blogs, advertising and video scripts 4. Previous experience in implementing and publishing digital marketing including website CMS, marketing platform, social media and digital advertising is essential 5. Ability to handle a busy environment and juggle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively and positively 6. Capability to work independently and as part of a team with empathy, patience and passion 7. Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare s Christian Mission, Motivation and 8. 2 2. Context and Scope HammondCare is an independent Christian charity that exists to improve quality of life for people in need. We specialise in aged and dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, mental health services for older people, and other related health and aged care services. HammondCare seeks to embed evidence based best practice in its services and we provide these services through home care, subacute hospitals and residential aged care. Bringing these health, hospital and aged care services together, HammondCare has been able to develop innovative, flexible care models designed to serve people with complex health or aged care needs, regardless of their circumstances. Summary of Position The role of Communications & Content Producer in the Marketing & Communications Team works within the Mission and of HammondCare to support the key objectives and priorities set out in Future Directions and marketing strategies. This role is a hands on implementation role working closely with the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager and Marketing Managers. Key responsibilities are the development, creation and implementation of marketing communications in line with the marketing strategies, including internal external marketing & communications campaigns. This role is crucial for the creation of consistency, effectiveness and strategic alignment of communications across the HammondCare s range of portfolios. The selected individual will be a commercially astute communications professional with strong experience in managing and implementing communications content programs. This is a hands-on role requiring the planning, writing, creation, and implementation of communications activities and content. This role will suit someone who is energetic, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively, while collaborating and managing a variety of stakeholders. The candidate will have a strong commitment to the Mission, Vision and Christian Values of HammondCare. The essence of this role: Proactive development and hands on creation of communications content, including writing, website content updates, social media, newsletters, marketing, fundraising communications and photography & video management Development and management of specific internal & external communications programs and projects as briefed by the Marketing Managers and Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager Effective management of the internal customers of the Marketing & Communications Team, resulting in high levels of satisfaction in working with our team 3.
