5 Narayanan Vijayaraghavan Fidelity Investments Bank. Narayanan Vijayaraghavan (Nana) is an experienced HR professional with industry and consulting experience in the areas of HR strategy, performance, rewards and HR data analytics. Nana is currently the Rewards Lead for Fidelity Investments for India and China. His previous employers include Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen and Standard Chartered E: Shamita Chatterjee Infosys Shamita Chatterjee is the Vice-President and Group Head Rewards at Infosys. She is a Human Resources specialist with 20 years of experience in design and execution of people management frameworks. She has experience in managing businesses with revenue and profitability responsibilities, as part of consulting organizations. She has additionally managed global governance and large change programs. Prior to joining Infosys, she led the HR and rewards business for Mercer consulting in India and was responsible for ensuring top-line and bottom-line, advising clients and sustaining the brand. 6 Shivaram T. SAP Labs India Shivaram T. is currently the Head, Human Resources for SAP Labs, India and has been with SAP for the last 9 years. Over these years, he has driven the HR function for the global delivery business unit of SAP in India and in growth markets outside India such as Argentina and Romania. He has 18 years of HR Experience across different industries, handling expert and leadership roles in HR business partnering, total rewards, HR operations and workforce realignment. He holds a Post Graduate degree in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prior to joining SAP, Shiva has worked with Standard Chartered Bank and Hewlett Packard in various HR Leadership positions. E: Shivaram.T@sap.com Preeti Chandrashekhar Preeti Chandrashekhar is a Consulting Leader of India s Employee Benefits practice and is in charge of the Southern region. She joined the Benefits Practice in February Prior to her appointment, she spent 17 years in the insurance and pension industry and in business consulting. Since joining Towers Watson, she has been involved in the full range of actuarial and consulting services in employee benefits space. This includes assessing the employee benefits for accounting and funding purposes, benefits benchmarking, advising on scheme design, M&A, employee communication. She is a regular speaker at client and industry events of financial and actuarial issues. She has authored several national and international papers discussing issues relating to the insurance and pension industry. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Actuaries of India. 7 Raghav Datta Raghav Datta is the Rewards Leader for, India. He leads the strategy and delivery of the Rewards Practice across India. He is majorly involved in client management and service delivery on the firm s key accounts. Prior to his current role, Raghav has held HR leadership positions with organizations like SAP and Dell. He has been involved in helping clients design, structure and benchmark their total reward programs. He played a vital role in managing and incubating SAP s Global Delivery Consulting. He has also played an instrumental role in setting up DELL s first US tech support in north India Mohali. He has worked on extensive HR transformation projects across geographies and global / nationalised organizations. His client work includes projects in the area of compensation rewards, executive compensation, total reward design, organisation measurement, short term incentive plans, flexible benefits, benefits harmonisation, and conducting HR audits. Raghav holds Honours in Political Science from St. Xavier s College, Mumbai. He leads the High Tech sector vertical within the Data Services practice of the firm. Rahul has rich experience across areas such as compensation surveys, HR metrics, M&A due diligence, process and policy harmonization and change management. He is the lead project manager for the high tech India total rewards study and engages the largest companies in India in that sector. Rahul also has a rich and varied experience across industries such as financial services, telecom and manufacturing on process improvement and change management exercises. Prior to joining, Rahul has worked as a senior advisor for talent acquisition at Dell. Sam has close to ten years of experience in managing projects, people and businesses. He has successfully designed, launched and managed compensation and benefits surveys for a broad range of industries, to name a few financial services, pharmaceutical, hi-technology, education, plantation and BPO across the APAC region. He has worked in diverse geographies including the USA and across the Asia-Pacific (India, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia). In addition, he has also successfully managed client relationships in China, Taiwan & Vietnam. Sam is an accredited practitioner of s proprietary job levelling system Global Grading System (GGS). His area of expertise is in broad based rewards helping companies understand competitive pay issues, compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structure development, employee engagement, pay comparison across multiple countries, compensation and benefits audits & compensation restructuring. Sam holds a MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology in USA, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honours. Sam is a frequent speaker at conferences in the region.
