Based on Neuro-Linguistic Programing and Emotional Intelligence, BrainSwitch created a wide spectrum of training programs ranging from Communication Skills, to Emotional Intelligence and Persuasive Language, as well as Negotiation Tactics and Conflict Resolution. Behavioral Intelligence Workshop: Behavioral Intelligence Workshop is the most essential workshop to be conducted at any establishment. It is based on the latest research in emotional intelligence and leadership skills. This seminar primarily targets behavioral deficiencies experienced at the heart of an organization. Body Language Workshop: This course presents a detailed study of physical postures, gestures and eye movements. Non-verbal communication is how our deep thoughts, our intentions and feelings are expressed. Reading those shifts in gestures and shifting the communication accordingly are strategies developed in this program. Body Language boosts sales techniques, communication and negotiation strategies. PPS. Presentation Skills and Public Speaking: SIS. Social Intelligence & Interpersonal SkillS: This course focuses on interpersonal skills and competencies in areas of social awareness, rapport building, empathy, understanding others, influencing, and so on. A corporate package requires a minimum of 4 training programs to be booked in succession. Each program will target a specific subject and will be either an introduction or a continuation of the previous training. Rules and regulations: Package is to be booked in its totality upon agreement. Training programs are to be set one month apart. The training programs are interconnected; participants are to remain the same throughout.
