1 Job description Bar employee (ft) Job characteristics: - Taking orders, making and serving drinks, settling bills, cleaning - The contact with guests is informing and service focused. Upselling and active sales play an important role Organisation: Immediate superior: Barmanager Leads: When functioning well, a buddy role can be applied on the employee Job requirements: - The position is available to both full time as part time applicants, - The position requires experience in serving guests, - The work will be carried out within given instructions, guidelines and regulations, - Good communication skills are important to properly deal with colleagues, guests and executives, - The position requires tact and the ability to work in a team, when in contact with guests, helpfulness and a proper service orientation are of great importance, - It demands a sense of representativeness, orderliness and cleanliness, - The position requires flexibility in working on Sundays and public holidays and working irregular shifts, - The positions requires enthusiasm and perseverance! Important responsibilities and tasks: 1. Knowledge: - Being fully aware of the Brandsøn concept, - Being fully aware of the range to sell, - An extended knowledge of beverages, especially cocktails, is a big plus. 2. Quality control: - To monitor a proper presentation of products, both drinks and food. 3. Activities behind the bar: - Making and serving of drinks, - Taking orders and giving information, consulting with a superior or with the kitchen crew regarding guests special wishes; communicating orders with the kitchen. - Checking and presenting the bill; settling the bill with guests; handling cash and electronic money, - Cleaning the bar and keeping it tidy, - Any other activities regarding the preparation of the service, like replenishing fridges, preparing the cocktail corner or the cleaning of work areas and public spaces. 4. Other responsibilities: - Checking, conveying and accounting of received amounts, - Assisting in the preparation of any parties / events and working during these events, - Other, with the above mentioned related activities, commissioned by superiors,

2 - Reading and memorizing additional information regularly sent by , - Taking care of the guests, so they are staying with a pleasant feeling in the establishment, so the will feel at home and leave Brandsøn with a positive feeling of satisfaction. 5. Personal tasks: - At Brandsøn a bar employee (ft) fulfills at least two additional tasks besides his or her duties. - At Brandsøn a bar employee (ft) is an ambassador of a product type. This means that the employee will learn and train his/her colleagues on this product type. Beer / Wine / Cocktails / Coffee / Spirits / Food. Growth opportunities: There is an opportunity for a bar employee to grow to barmanager. First of all, in order to achieve this, the position should of course be vacant. Secondly, the employee should engage in a full-time employment and should show a lot of initiative, perseverance, enthusiasm and business expertise. 3 Job description Service employee (ft/pt) Characteristics of the function: - Operating Activities (taking orders, serving, settlement of orders, cleaning tables) - The contact with the guests is informative and service oriented. Active sale has an important role. Organization: Immediate superior Leads : First service employee (dagverantwoordelijke) and / or floor manager, manager : When functioning properly, a buddy role can be applied with a runner. Job requirements: - The position requires experience in serving guests, - The work will be carried out within given instructions, guidelines and regulations, - Good communication skills are important to deal with colleagues, guests and executives properly, - The position requires tact and the ability to work in a team. Other activities such as, for example: - Checking and depositing of received payments, - Assisting in preparing of and operating during any parties / events, - Other, with the above mentioned related activities commissioned by superiors, - Reading and memorizing additional information regularly sent by mail. - Taking care of the guests, so they are staying with a pleasant feeling in the establishment, so they will feel at home and leave Brandsøn with a positive feeling of satisfaction. 5. 5 Job description Service help / runner Job characteristics: - Bringing orders (both food as drinks) to the guests and clearing tables. - Relieving service employees of excess work, - There is a limited contact with the guests, - A good runner creates tranquility on busy days. Job requirements: - Experience is not a necessity; - The job requires tact and the ability to work in a team. When in contact with guests helpfulness and a service-minded approach are of importance, - The job demands a sense of representativeness, orderliness and cleanliness, - The position requires flexibility in working on Sundays and public holidays and working irregular shifts. - The job requires enthusiasm, and perseverance! Organization: The service help / runner is supervised by a service employee and has a buddy. This buddy (service employee / first service employee) monitors the runners integration in the company and makes sure the runner can turn to him/her with all the questions. Key responsibilities and tasks: 1. Knowledge: - Fully aware of the range to sell; - Fully aware of the Brandsøn concept. 2. Activities on the floor: - Waiting guests at the designated area; - Bringing and serving orders (food and drinks); - If necessary, taking extra orders (performed by service employee) - Preparing tables after consulting service employee; - Clearing and cleaning tables; - Activities related to the preparation of the service, for instance: - taking care of the mise en place, making tables ready, etc.; - clearing and cleaning work areas and public spaces; - Taking over excess work of service employees such as: - supporting bartenders by clearing dirty glasses etc.; - clearing and cleaning the pantry, if necessary replenish any service articles such as cookies, milk, sugar etc. 3. Other activities: - Assisting in preparing of and operating during any parties / events, - Other, with the above mentioned related activities on commissioned by the superiors, - Waiting in weekends;

6 - Taking over the coffee corner at busy moments; - Reading and memorizing any additional information sent by Growth opportunities There is the possibility for a runner to grow to the level of service employee.
