APAC Finance Intern Overview The APAC Finance Intern is primarily responsible for managing our supplier and client invoices, maintaining positive cashflow by taking a proactive approach to credit control, ensuring we are in line with statutory legislation and regulations and underpinning the company s performance with financial analysis of operations and company financials This is an exciting opportunity with the Singapore branch of The Apartment Service which will expose interns to the dynamic and vibrant business travel industry. Key Objectives and Responsibilities - Taking a proactive approach to credit control and monitoring cashflow - Supporting suppliers with invoice chasers and managing payment expectations - Analyzing company performance and establishing key performance indicators - Ensuring we are in line with statutory legislation and regulations - Optimizing financial aspects of business - Researching financial matters such as foreign currency banking and merchant facilities Key Competencies/ Skills We re looking for driven, dynamic individuals who want to contribute to the growth and development of our company whilst learning new skills and getting exposure to the corporate world. APAC HR and Office Management Intern Overview The APAC HR and Office Management Intern is primarily responsible for recruitment, development and support for the personnel in the business. They also ensure the smooth operation of the business by ensuring that the office infrastructure is optimized. This is an exciting opportunity with the Singapore branch of The Apartment Service which will expose interns to the dynamic and vibrant business travel industry. We are looking for interns who are interested in developing a recruitment and employee retention strategy. They will also be responsible for facilitating the efficient and cost-effective operation of our offices. The role will look at content, client materials, social media, PPC campaigns, marketing and SEO. APAC Reservations Intern Overview The APAC Reservations Intern is primarily responsible for the handling of accommodation enquiries and providing corporate housing solutions to our clients in the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity with the Singapore branch of The Apartment Service which will expose interns to the dynamic and vibrant business travel industry. We are looking for interns who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a client focused attitude. Key Objectives and Responsibilities - Researching the serviced apartment market and proving APAC market summaries - Updating and maintaining serviced apartment database - Working with serviced apartment suppliers to get their apartment listings looking amazing - Handling serviced apartment and corporate housing enquiries (via telephone and ) - Following standard procedures for handling accommodation enquiries - Balancing and maintaining relationships between our clients and our serviced apartment partners - Reviewing apartment leases and negotiating favorable terms on behalf of our clients - Creating accommodation proposals - Adding reservations to our booking system - Managing client bookings - Gathering guest feedback and reviews - Handling escalated client/supplier issues
