1 2017 3rd International Conference on Social Science, Management and Economics (SSME 2017) ISBN: Analysis on the Strategy of Application of Statistical Analysis Method in Human Resource Management of Modern Enterprise Wang Fei 1 Abstract The change of the development situation of market makes the competition among enterprises gradually turn to talents, technology, culture and other aspects, talent and technology has become an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this context, the role of human resource management is becoming more and more important, which needs to improve and innovate the traditional human resource management mode in time, so as to improve the management level and management efficiency. The application of statistical analysis method in the human resource management of modern enterprises, can give full play to the role and value of various data, to improve the disadvantages and defects in traditional methods of human resource management, can significantly enhance the level and efficiency of human resource management, this paper makes a detailed analysis on its strategy of specific application, aims to provide guidance and reference. INTRODUCTION Human resources management is a particularly important aspect in modern enterprise management, through the carrying out of the work of human resources management, it can optimize the organization structure of enterprise personnel, improve the overall quality of staff, coordinate the relationship between the enterprise and the staff, this provides the basic guarantee for the stable operation and the long-term development of the enterprise. In order to give full play to the effectiveness of human resource management, we should constantly improve the management level and management efficiency, so as to better serve the operation and development of modern enterprises. As a complex and systematic work, human resources management is related to all aspects of enterprise employees, in the process of management, a large number of data will be involved, this requires the use of statistical analysis method to deal with the data, to provide reliable basis for the decision of human resource management. 2. The Role of Statistical Analysis in Human Resource Management of Modern Enterprises After entering in twenty-first century, human resources has become the core resources of the development of enterprise, in order to maximize the utilization of human resources, it is necessary to do a good job in the management, realize the scientific allocation of human resources. Secondly, it can select representative indicators, through the analysis of the data obtained by investigation and statistics, to summarize the change law of human resources of enterprise, and provide theoretical guidance for the direction of human resources management of enterprise. In addition, it can be combined with the current situation of human resources and the strategic objectives of development of enterprise, to forecast the requirements of human resource management of enterprise after a comprehensive analysis to each survey and statistical data, so as to adjust and optimize the human resource management plan in time. These are all important roles of statistical analysis method in human resource management of modern enterprises [1]. 3. The Main Contents of Statistical Analysis in Human Resource Management of Modern Enterprise When modern enterprise uses statistical analysis method to carry out the work of human resource management, it mainly from three aspects, such as the situation, supply and demand and investment of human resource, these are all the main contents of statistical analysis of human resource management. 3.1 Statistical Analysis of The Current Situation of Human Resources Understanding the current situation of human resources is the premise of carrying out the management work, so we need to use statistical analysis method, to obtain the information of current situation of human resources. According to the difference of statistical analysis objects, the information of current situation of human resource can be divided into individual information and group information, in which, individual information is for individual employees, including employee's educational background, working experience, professional skills and other basic situation. Group information is the comprehensive and systematic summary information obtained after integrating the basic situation of employees, including the proportion of men and women, age structure, salary and other classified information. 3.2 Statistical Analysis of Supply and Demand of Human Resource Statistical analysis of supply and demand of human resources is also the important content of statistical analysis, mainly including current supply and demand situation and supply and demand forecast. When carrying out statistical analysis to current supply and demand situation of human resource, survey and statistical data involved mainly include quantity of output, quantity of demand, jobless rate, etc., this is the concrete embodiment of situation of human resources of enterprise at the present stage. When carrying out statistical analysis to supply and demand forecast, it takes the actual supply and demand situation of human resources as datum, combines the development goal and development direction of enterprise, to analyse whether the current situation of supply and demand is matched with enterprise development or not, so as to obtain deeper information of human resources, to achieve the purpose of reducing the unemployment rate [2] Statistical Analysis of Human Resource Investment Through the statistical analysis of human resources investment, we can test whether the current situation of supply and demand of human resources can meet the future development needs of enterprises or not, and then adjust the investment direction and investment proportion in time. When carrying out statistical analysis to human resource investment, it is mainly considered from two aspects of human resource flow and stock, and takes the realization of long-term development of enterprise as fundamental purpose, carries out the statistical analysis to input situation of human resources at the present stage, makes human resources investment direction more clear, this is conducive to the making of more accurate decision, and then improves the level of human resource management of enterprise. 423

Commonly Used Statistical Analysis Method in Human Resource Management of Modern Enterprise In the modern human resource management of modern enterprise, the most widely used statistical analysis method mainly includes two categories, such as statistical survey method and statistical analysis method, there are some differences in the characteristics and application principles between the two methods, this requires specific analysis. 4.1 Statistical Survey Method Statistical survey method is an important embodiment of the application of statistical analysis method in human resource management of modern enterprise, belongs to a basic work. In the process of actual work, modern enterprise should start from their own human resources management status, clear the specific contents and tasks of statistical survey, take national legal policy and industry standard as datum, and take the realization of objectives of statistical survey as the final purpose, after analysis and comparison, to determine the most appropriate statistical survey methods. Then sending professional personnel, according to the standard statistical investigation process, to collect the whole data and information of human resource management required in the enterprise, and complete each task of statistic survey step by step, so as to achieve the comprehensiveness, objectivity and validity of statistical investigation. Finally, integrating data and information obtained by investigation, andcan be based on this to make scheme and strategy of human resource management [3]. In the process of statistic survey of human resource of enterprise, a very important point in statistical survey method is that only to ensure thescientificalness and feasibility of the survey methods used, can we get the required data and information smoothly. The survey methods used by human resource management of modern enterprise mainly include questionnaire survey, sampling survey, major investigation, interview survey, human resources census, etc., in the process of actual work, it needs to compare the advantages and disadvantages of several methods according to the difference of characteristics of the respondents and survey tasks, to select one or more of the most representative and most appropriate methods of investigation. 4.2 Statistical Analysis Method Statistical analysis method refers to that carrying out a comprehensive and in-depth analysis to the results of statistic survey, finding out the intrinsic relevance between the different data and information, further integrating statistical data and information, eliminating unreasonable data, supplying and perfecting valid data, to form a systematic and comprehensive understanding to the survey results of human resources. And using acquired data and information to describe the current situation of human resources of enterprise, and forecast its future trend of change, then properly adjust the current work, so as to meet the future needs of the work of human resources of enterprise. At present, in human resources management of modern enterprise, more common statistical analysis methods mainly include index method, regression analysis method, dynamic analysis method, etc.. In the actual work, it is necessary to determine the specific content and objectives of statistical analysis, formulate statistical analysis plan and process, and then select the valuable data from the data and information of statistic survey, and integrate the data. Finally, using mathematical knowledge to analyse the collated data of statistic survey, obtain the final statistical analysis results, and apply it to human resource management. 424

The Strategy of Application of Statistical Analysis Method in Human Resource Management of Modern Enterprise Based on the important role of statistical analysis method inhuman resources management of modern enterprise, it is necessary to combine the specific link of statistical analysis in human resource management, to achieve the effective use of statistical analysis method, so as to enhance the level of human resources management of modern enterprise. 5.1 The Application in Statistical Analysis of Human Resource Demand The forecast of human resource demand is the basis for enterprises to carry out these tasks, such as determine posts, delimit organizational structure, and reserve talents, the application of statistical analysis method in the link of human resource demand is generally realized by regression analysis method, mainly includes a linear regression method, multiple linear regression method, and nonlinear regression method. The basic theory of linear regression method is that finding out the most important factors which affect the human resource demand of enterprise, analysing the relevance between the change of the number of employees and this factor, then starting from the current situation, to forecast human resource demand. Supposing that the only factor that affects human resource demand is output, then it can use a linear regression method to analyse, mathematical model is that Y 1 X 0, in which, Y and X respectively represent human resource demand and output, β 0 β 1 and ε respectively represent cross-term distance, regression coefficient, and random error term [4]. Plugging the data obtained by statistic survey into regression equation, we can get the function relation between Y and X, forecast the quantity of human resource demand according to the production target of enterprise, and then formulate more scientific and reasonable recruitment plan. 5.2 The Application in Statistical Analysis of the Change of Labor Productivity of Enterprise Labor productivity is an important parameter in human resource management of modern enterprises, it can cientifically discriminates the internal connection between enterprise's organization structure and personnel structure and labour productivity, is the main basis used in labor production assessment [5]. When using statistical analysis method in aspect of the change of labour productivity, it mainly uses statistical index system, including three parts, such as fixed composition index, variable weighting index number, and structural effects index, the relationship between the three parts is that: variable weighting index number=fixed composition index structural effects index. Analysing through three statistical index of labour productivity, it can find out the main factors causing the change in labor productivity according to the specific meaning represented by different index, under general circumstances, when the employee structure changes, it often leads to a decline in labor productivity, this requires the enterprise to do a good job on organizing personnel allocation, optimize personnel structure, reduce production cost of labor and expand the profit space of enterprise by increasing productivity of labour. 5.3 The Application in Statistical Analysis of Human Resources Development For the link of human resources development in human resource management of modern enterprise, the specific application of statistical analysis method is reflected in aspect of dynamic analysis method, the specific application process is that selecting a set of data from the time axis to form dynamic series, after analyzing the series to get the law and characteristics of human resources development, meanwhile, it also can forecast its future trend of change according to the available data. Dynamic analysis method is mainly 425

5 used in several aspects of human resources developmentof enterprise, such as the number of attendance, wage level, labor cost management, etc.. For example, when carrying out statistical analysis to the average number of attendance of enterprise, it can usethe data of attendance sheet to construct a set of sequence, then get the average attendance rate of enterprise. Ifemployees need to punch the clock every day in work time, the number of checking on work attendance is once a day, then when the number of attendance changes, it needs to carry out measurement inattendance table, at this time, the weighted arithmetic average method can be used tocalculate theaverage number of attendance in a certain month, weight is the number of the lasteddays corresponded by each number of attendance, it can get more accurate situation of attendance of enterprise, the results of statistical analysis can be took as an important basis of employee's performance appraisal. 6. Conclusion The application of statistical analysis method in human resources management of modern enterprise is the reform and innovation to the traditional management mode, which has great significance to the improvement of management level and management efficiency of human resources. When using the statistical analysis method, it needs to clear the concrete content of statistical analysis in human resources of modern enterprise firstly, understand commonly used statistical analysis methods, then take human resource demand, labor productivity change, human resources development as the key link of application, give full play to the application value and application advantage of statistical analysis method in human resource management of modern enterprise, help business managers to make more scientific and accurate decisions of human resource management, provide a solid foundation and protection for the realization of long-term development goals of enterprise.
