3 Self-assessment (BSB51315 prerequisite units) Option 1 I already possess the BSB41412 or BSB41415 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or I possess the five core units of competency from BSB41415) and have attached a copy of my Certificate (for the entire qualification) or Statement of Attainment (listing the five core units).
