1 PAID TIME OFF SURVEY WCBC regularly conducts online research surveys on a variety of compensation, benefits and other total rewards topics. Thank you for participating in WCBC's research on paid time off. This research project is collecting & reporting on: annual vacation; statutory holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Canada Day, etc.; personal days; and leaves of absence such as bereavement.
