12 TSA Acquisition Reform Act Implications for all Stakeholders Most of these Reform Act activities TSA already performing, but additional increased/augmented emphasis concerning: Transparency in future technology plans/efforts Communications with all government and industry stakeholders Visibility and notification reporting of breaches and contract awards Inventory reporting and tracking Criticality of small business partners 12

13 Summary Expect a stronger linkage between strategy-mission-requirements-investments across the Department Joint requirements will impact industry in many ways Acquisition management trending to greater programmatic critical thinking The TSA Acquisition Reform Act will augment current efforts in terms of stakeholder transparency, communications, and notifications 13
