7 Feedback making the difference As a direct result of increasing the engagement with my team I have also seen increased energy and commitment to meeting the financial targets that have been set As a result of the coaching, "I'm going to be a better Partner, quicker". We all need a bit of time to reflect on our performance and have a sounding board for our thoughts and worries. It is a healthier approach to work, and coaching provides you with that outlet to think Coaching really helps you to see things differently and I believe that there has been real benefit for me as an individual, but also for my team and my clients. It has unlocked things for me and the opportunity to reflect is tremendous. 7

8 Making the difference continued Coaching has also helped to retain me in the business as I have had a real change in mind set and started to take much more ownership of my career and responsibility for myself. Coaching has enabled me to be more successful in driving and growing the business Coaching has given me the personal mandate/self confidence to just do it. The coaching I have had has also set the bar high in terms of quality, one of the benefits of the programme is that this sets the tone of coaching across the rest of the organisation. Coaching has allowed me to develop a depth of relationship and understanding with clients that I didn t have the time to do before. 8
