9 Management Team Răzvan RADA, General Manager. Răzvan has a long professional history in management consulting and IT industries. Răzvan started his career as an ERP consultant for Exact Software; then he took the role of Business Consultant at KPMG where he worked for four years. He was mainly involved in ERP vendor selection projects, change management and business process improvement projects. Between 2005 and 2010, Răzvan held a Project Management position for Microsoft South-Eastern Europe, where he managed software development projects. As an Account Manager at TechTeam Akela (now Stefanini) between 2010 and the end of 2012, Răzvan was in charge of managing the company s customers and developed extensive expertise in software development outsourcing. Anca Păcuraru, Recruitment Manager. Anca is a passionate recruiter, with proven expertise in various industries. She started her career in CGS Romania where she handeld various recruitment projects, most of them with focus on foreign languages. She also had the opportunity of collaborating with CGS Europe on IT recruitment processes, this was when she became passionate about the IT Industry. In November 2014, Anca joined the Head Hunting IT team, here she manages a variety of projects on technologies, such as: Java, C#, PHP, QA, ETL, C/C++, etc. In 2016 she becamed a Recuitment Manager, coordonating the team and the recruitment projects. She also has a consultant role, helping both candidates and clients in their projects. Ciprian Harabagiu, Business Development & Marketing Manager. Ciprian is a Senior Business Development Manager with 10 years of experience in different areas of the IT field. He started his career on IT sales at Sigmanet; then for 5 years he took the role of Sales Manager and Business Analyst at Computer Media Zone, an ecommerce business, where he was in charge of developing the sales team, new business opportunities and consulting. He was also involved in the optimization of the online platform, developing new modules and integrations. At Inotec, Ciprian changed the perspective to a software developing company, with multiple roles: Business Development Manager, Business Analyst and Online Business Consultant. During the 2 years he collaborated with them he had a major contribution on increasing the company s client portfolio, defining strategies, consultance, marketing and team management. In 2016, Ciprian joined Head Hunting IT s team, as a Business Development and Marketing Manager. He is constantly improving the business model and building a long term strategy including development and marketing. He is also building new service lines adapted to our client s needs and has an active role in managing the team.
