Maintaining the health of our staff is important to us and we re proud to be able to offer great medical benefits. $10,000 Term Life Insurance Everyone likes free! We provide our employees with a $10,000 term life insurance policy at no cost to you. We ll continue to make the premium as long as you re with the company. 401K Plan Retirement is a big step in everyone s life and we want to help you get there! We match 100% of an employee s contribution up to 3% of their salary. But that s not all, we ll match 50% for the next 2% you contribute. Benefits Plan Medical expenses aren t fun to deal with. In fact, they re a pain. Our defined benefits plan allows employees to pay certain medical expenses with pre-tax earnings. Legal and Financial Counseling We offer our employees access to legal and financial counseling at a small monthly premium.
