SECTION 2 PROJECT DELIVERY 2.1 Please describe your Organisation s recent experience of delivering mentoring provision for young people involved, or at risk of becoming involved in criminal behaviours? Please outline how successful this previous mentoring provision has been both in terms of engagement levels and in achieving positive outcomes for the young people with whom you worked? 2.2 Please describe the mentoring programme you will offer under this Contract. 5 2.3 Please tell us how you will ensure that young people referred under this Contract are offered an intensive mentoring service which takes account of gang culture and supports disengagement from gang membership? How will this affect the approach the Mentors will take to achieving the requirements of this Contract? 2.4 Please provide 3 anonymous case studies as examples of mentoring work undertaken by your Organisation within the past 12 months, describing the reasons for referral, service provided and outcomes achieved. The case studies should illustrate mentoring previously undertaken with young people from similar populations as those likely to be referred under this Contract e.g.: Looked After Children; young people involved or becoming involved in gangs and /or violent lifestyles; young people known to the Youth Offending Services.
