21 Jim Manfield Jim Manfield is a Solution Consultant at Kronos Incorporated. Jim has approximately 15 years of experience working with workforce management and human resources information systems and technology. This experience includes time spent working in the design, implementation, pre-sales, sales and marketing of these applications. He has worked with organizations in Kronos 5 vertical areas: healthcare, manufacturing, public sector, retail, and services & distribution. He also has experience working internationally with various clients, including but not limited to European and Asia/Pacific based companies. Before joining information services and technology disciplines in 1999, Jim had 5 years of professional experience in multiple areas including sales, account management, consulting, market research, and accounting.
