Get feedback from someone from at least 2 trusted people Avoid using script, fancy, or unusual font Avoid long paragraphs Omit personal pronouns Use bolding, italics, and underlining to highlight or separate sections Past experiences need to past tense verbs Example: Worked, utilized, managed
