17 POST TRAINING: Generally ass per psychology, any change in behavior or attitude or skills needs a minimum of 48 days. Follow up - coaching session to help the participant retain the knowledge, skill, attitude to enhance better result Monitor progress towards goals, and provide feed-back

18 If the gap is knowledge or skills, training will help, if the gap is attitude or behavior, address it through coaching Allow them to take responsibility for their action and the result they are generating. This will inspire them toward achieving the objective Evaluate the progress
