LMI is knowledge, facts, data and institutional information that helps users make informed decisions on the labour market, including (but not limited to): Economic conditions and labour market trends Education and skills requirements and opportunities Current and future labour market supply and demand Wage rates and working conditions Program results and outcomes 4

7 Demographic Challenges Aging population The province is aging faster than other provinces.
