2 MECHANICAL DESIGN ASSISTANT NAS REF: IO REF: hrs Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm Fri 8am-4pm 16 May 2016 Duties include: Throughout your apprenticeship you will learn how to design and install petro - chemical plants across a number of worldwide locations This will mainly focus on Fabrication and Pipe work to carry such products as oil and Petroleum You will call on your basic mechanical skills learnt at college to create you design to extremely high standard of health and safety on the latest design software systems such as AutoCAD and Solid works Enthusiastic, motivated and keen to take on new challenges Candidates will be able to demonstrate a drive to achieve and a desire and commitment for learning. They will be well presented, enthusiastic with a flexible and friendly approach. Minimum of 5 GCSE s Grade C or above to include Maths, Science and English or equivalent Maths A-C must be in Higher Paper.

3 CHEF ASSISTANT NAS REF: IO REF: Hours Shift Work 17 May 2016 Tasks and responsibilities Assist more senior chefs in preparing meals Responsible for making superb dishes on time and to the required standard Complete tasks set by Head Chef and Regional Trainer Attend regular meetings with regional trainer (approximately every 4-6 weeks) Work in a clean, tidy & safe manner Undertake any company training as required Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times Actively seek to improve skills and achieve personal development Comply with all health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by management You need to have a keen interest in the catering Industry and be dedicated to working towards your NVQ. None required.

4 BAR AND WAITING ASSISTANT NAS REF: IO REF: hours shift work 17 May 2016 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver excellent guest service, at all times by: Giving every guest a friendly welcome when they enter the business Explaining the service cycle, our products, our great offers and events Serving guests in turn, quickly and efficiently Using situational selling making recommendations that are appropriate to the guest Serving and presenting all our food and drink products perfectly product quality, temperature and brand standard Valuing our guests by engaging them in appropriate conversation / banter You need to have a keen interest in the Hospitality Industry and be dedicated to working towards your NVQ.
