I think understanding my body in a way that I had not previously. I had never had a consistent workout regimen and I showed myself that I could. it was a lifestyle change for me and overall will make you feel happier and healthier. That alone should encourage others to join, and the fact that I had a blast doing it 12,044 classes taken 148.2M steps taken 1,615 total pounds lost 1,858.9 total inches lost 25
