TRAFFICWAY GAME DAY AMBASSADOR JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing customer service, assisting in the coordination of in-game promotions, managing customer relations kiosks, distributing promotional items and performing additional tasks as assigned. Reports directly to Manager of Fan Interaction MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, customer relations experience, outgoing/ friendly personality, detail oriented & strong work ethic, ability to stand on feet for long periods of time, ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. Nights, weekends & holidays as needed. INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls in the Springfield Cardinals front office. Assist in revenue-based promotions in the ballpark. This is an entry-level position with possible opportunity to become full-time sales position. Reports directly to Manager of Sales and Marketing MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, familiar with game of baseball, basic computer skills, strong phone and communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand for long periods of time & lift at least 25 lbs. Nights, weekends & holidays as needed. EVENT STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for greeting guests and assisting them throughout the game. Patrols aisles, concourses and other areas, maintaining a sharp watch for potential problems. Takes tickets and checks bags at gates. Reports directly to Director of Stadium Operations MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 18 years of age or older. Must be available to work at least 90% of home weekend games and 80% of home weekday games. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to arrive up to 3 hours prior to game time. Must be able to be around second hand smoke. Nights, weekends & holidays as needed. GRAPHIC DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting in design of elements for web, social media, video board, promotional/giveaway items and print materials. Reports directly to Manager of Production and Promotions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, familiar with game of baseball, proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, strong understanding of typography and background in both print and web preferred. Candidates must provide portfolio (can be online) IN-GAME STATS ENTRY JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists with scoreboard operation. Pitch by pitch entry of game data in Dakstats Baseball program. Training provided Reports directly to Manager of Production and Promotions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Previous Dakstats experience preferred, but not necessary. Must be very familiar with the game of baseball and scoring. Must be able to work quickly and be detail oriented. Strong computer skills necessary. Nights, weekends & holidays as needed.

2 GROUNDS CREW JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists with batting practice setup, pregame field prep and post game maintenance. Reports directly to Head and Assistant Groundskeeper MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be flexible with schedule and able to work when team is out of town. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand on feet for long periods of time. Nights, weekends & holidays as needed. *APPLICATION DROP OFF ONLY - GROUNDS CREW WILL NOT BE AT JOB FAIR CONCESSIONS & RETAIL STAND MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the operation of the entire concession stand. Excellent organizational, math and cash handling skills required. Prior concession stand attendant experience preferred but not required. Reports directly to Concessions Manager or Level Supervisor. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 or older STAND ATTENDANT JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing a quality product to patrons in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. Also responsible for food prep, service, cash handling, and cleaning in a concession stand or portable. Prior food service exprience preferred but not required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Backup help must be 16 or older. Stand Attendants who actually work at the cash registers must be 21 or older. STAND COOK JOB DESCRIPTION: Cook and prepare food using deep fryers, char-grill, flat griddles and/or other equipment. Cleans and maintains equipment. Assists Stand Manager in other duties as assigned. Reports directly to Stand Manager MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 or older. VENDOR JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for selling food, beverage and/or retail items while walking outside and up and down aisles serving guests in their seats. Works on a commission basis. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to carry 35 lbs or more. Excellent cash handling skills needed. Food venders must be 16 or older. Beer venders must be 21 or older. RETAIL ATTENDANT JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting guests in the Cardinals Team Store. Excellent customer service and cash handling experience required. Must be able to learn inventory items and be familiar with their features. Cleans and organizes store, carts and/or storage areas. Enjoys working with the public. Both daytime and event positions available. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must 16 or older.

3 SUITE SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the distribution of food/beverage items to customers. Verifies all pre-game orders and ensures they arrive at the suite in a timely manner. Greets guests and processes game-day orders. Oversees guests throughout the event to ensure they are satisfied with food and beverage service. Maintains a clean, orderly setting within the suites. May be responsible for some cash handling. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 or older PORTER JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists in receiving and distrubution of product orders into the stadium, the concession stands and designated areas. Cleans and organizes storage and sales areas as assigned. Some day time and night shifts available. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Involves heavy lifting up to 165 lbs. Good math skills preferred. Must be 18 or older. COOK/KITCHEN JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the preparation of food while adhering to quality and specification standards. Some day and night positions available. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand for hours at a time. Must be able to work varying shifts. Must be 18 or older. UTILITIES WORKER JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for clean-up of the food and beverage facilities. Cleans dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware and other kitchen items. Removes all trash from area. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be 16 or older. BARTENDER JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides customers with courteous and quick service. Mixes and serves alcoholic beverages and maintains liquor control. Screens guests for proper age and signs of intoxication. Responsible for cash handling. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must 21 or older. *NOTE: ALL CONCESSIONS & RETAIL POSITIONS REQUIRE EMPLOYEE TO BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL OR MOST OF THE EVENTS HELD AT HAMMONS FIELD. EVENTS ARE MOSTLY IN THE EVENINGS AND ON WEEKENDS BUT SOME AFTERNOON EVENTS ARE SCHEDULED. ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE EMPLOYEES TO POSSESS AND DEMONSTRATE EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
