4 Viewing the Candidate Grid Click on the candidate s name to open the Candidate Profile, and candidate information such as Academic History, Reference Information, and more. Cover Letter Resume Candidate s status in process (Applicants ) Qualification Questions Result: RED thumbs down = undesirable response BLUE thumbs up = previous red thumbs down authorized by District Admin GREEN thumbs up = all appropriate responses e-reference Status: RED = Not sent yet GRAY =Sent but none received YELLOW = Partial responses received BLUE = All received Job Specific Inventory Responses: GRAY = no JSI response BLUE = JSI Response 4

5 Viewing the Candidate Profile Information Applicants Double click on Candidate s Name to open Profile Information. Scroll down the page for all the Candidates Information such as Licensure, Academics, Work Experience, References and attached documents.

6 Options from Candidate Profile Information Document communication with Candidate by or make notes of phone conversation. Share Candidate with others in system by .

7 Candidate Status Applicants Name Once candidate has completed application their name will appear in the Available portion of the Candidate Grid (at the top). Candidate Grid has 6 Folders: Available (top- most used) Hired Timed Out Rejected Incomplete Withdrawn 7

8 Hiring Agent Screening **This is optional use if you would like to enter notes about the screening.** Applicants Name Applicants Name Enter notes regarding screening questions. In-Process: saves to finish at a later time Finalize: when complete 8

10 How to Send e-references SEND: s the references checked. REFERENCES: Must have 3 References for each Applicant *One reference must be a recent Supervisor* e-reference Status: RED = Not sent yet GRAY =Sent but none received YELLOW = Partial responses received BLUE = All received NOTES ON REFERENCES 3 OPTIONS: Must provide notes on all 3 References 1 - Notes can be saved in TEACHERMATCH OR 2 - Notes can be provided on Hiring Sheet OR 3 - Combination of both locations (Hiring Sheet & TEACHERMATCH) 10

13 To Complete Hiring Process: Recommend Applicant for Hire ***Click Recommend for Hire to complete the applicant selection process*** An Automatic Notification will be ed to advise Human Resources of the Candidate chosen Applicants Name **Last Step** for School Administrators in TEACHERMATCH Hiring sheet must be sent to Human Resources at time of Recommend for Hire 13

14 The Next Steps after TEACHERMATCH ACTION Hiring Sheet sent to Human Resources on New Hire: Social Security Number References (if NOT noted in TEACHERMATCH) Notification by sent to Human Resources of Recommendation of New Hire Licensure checked, if applicable. Approval for Processing (in TEACHERMATCH) New Hire notified of required forms / screening that MUST be completed before Start Date Appointment made with New Hire to review and/or complete HR requirements (Provide key card, take ID Badge Photo, etc.) sent to School Administrator & New Hire HR screening complete Start Date Confirmed RESPONSIBLE School Administrator / Department Supervisor TEACHERMATCH (Automatically sent to HR when School Administrator clicks Recommend for Hire) Licensure Specialist Human Resources Director Human Resources Human Resources Human Resources
