1 TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Norwich and Chelmsford) About Oxbury Established in 1990, Oxbury is a firm of professional Quantity Surveyors who work as Project Managers. The Company Head Office is in Norwich and we also have an office in Chelmsford. Oxbury specialises in the affordable housing sector and most of our clients are Housing Associations, although we do also work with a number of private clients. Our Project Managers manage construction projects on behalf of our clients and projects range from single dwellings to multi-million pound developments. The Project Managers work closely with Architects, Engineers and other consultants to ensure that the building work is completed by Contractors and Developers on time, within budget and meets all the legal requirements. They also advise clients on innovative and energy efficient design and construction methods. About three quarters of their time is spent in the office, with the rest out on building sites.
