1 Strategy for the Engaging God programme An interactive journey developed by Mike Parsons Thank you for your interest in Engaging God. This document shares the vision behind this material and spells out openly what will be involved. If you resonate with this (whether or not you understand it all), then the programme is for you. Who is this programme for? The Joshua Generation Those hungry individuals who want to engage in their eternal destinies Those who know they are called to mentor others in engaging heavenly realms Those who wish to go beyond involuntary encounters with God and the heavenly realms, into a voluntary, daily lifestyle of administrating the kingdom beyond the veil. You do not have to be an expert to take part God would rather have amateurs in the new than professionals in the old But this journey is not for the faint hearted who are not prepared to face and defeat their giants This journey is for those with a different spirit, pioneers and adventurers The journey will require desire, discipline and perseverance You will reap what you sow

2 Preparation The journey preparation (Module 1) will require listening to, watching and reading some background material so that we can all start at the same point The initial spirit building exercises may seem simple but are a key to future engagement Tongues and multitasking will be key to living continually in dual reams of heaven and earth Practice You may have had amazing encounters yourself already. The initial encounters may be familiar to you (or not). But please remember the purpose is not just personal growth but to be able to equip the next generation. We will open up pathways which we will need to tread many times in order to make them our own. Practice is the key to training our spiritual senses The Joshua Generation The Order of Melchizedek A generation of forerunners who will live in the fullness of their supernatural inheritance, who will administrate the 4 Faces of God on the earth as in heaven Mentors for the next generation the billionfold or 20% of the population: the harvest of harvesters Cities of Refuge, Apostolic Resources Centres (ARC s), Habitations of God, Revival Centres We are looking to develop: Gardens connected to Eden Embassies of heaven on earth, living under heavenly kingdom governmental authority. Beach Heads, administration centres for subduing and exercising dominion [we were given the phrase Castra Pono, a Latin military expression meaning to make camp. Roman army camps often evolved into administrative centres for the region think of all the UK place names ending in -cester, -chester or -caster]. Heavenly Government - Benches of 3 and 7, rulers on mountains, and Councils of 12 Joseph Storehouses to hold the 20% firstfruits harvest. Training and equipping centres for the Joshua Generation to receive, mentor and disciple the supernatural harvesters.

3 Cross over 2015 signalled the end of the Moses generation with the call for a Joshua generation to cross over and possess their inheritance as a Royal Priesthood Manifested Sons of God bringing the freedom of the glory of the Sons of God to free, align and restore creation. Purpose The material is designed to be used for the explicit purpose of equipping the Joshua generation to become a habitation of God and a gateway of heaven by living in the dual realms of heaven and earth. The context of using this manual is designed to be that of being discipled, mentored or prepared to mentor others, of raising up a Joshua Generation. The key is being ready and prepared to live in your own supernatural inheritance and then equip the next generation to be a harvest of harvesters. The pathways of relationship and responsibility There are some who have engaged in the pathway of intimacy but have failed to mature into their responsibilities as sons There are others who have to tried to take responsibility for justice without the foundation of relationship Engaging God is designed to lead you to follow both pathways. Development The programme is still in development. There is no fixed end date. At all times, sessions of the current module are made available as they are completed. More modules will be added until God says we re done. During the development stage we expect that there will be those who are just looking to begin to develop their own personal pathways, as well as those who already lead groups, churches, and ministries etc. Financial openness There is a charge (currently 12 per month) for as long as you continue to use the website and resources. You may withdraw from the programme at any time. If you do so there will no further access to the materials, but hopefully a lifestyle to be lived.

4 The materials will be continually updated and developed, and you can continue to use them for as long as you remain in the programme. You may also wish to sow into this ministry over and above the cost of your subscription. This is completely voluntary. We use PayPal to set up recurring subscriptions. For this you will need to have (or open) a PayPal account in your own name. You can use the same PayPal account to make subscription payments for more than one person. Only in exceptional circumstances can we accept other payment arrangements, because of the extra work and cost involved in processing and monitoring these. We make a charge because the Scripture says, You shall not muzzle the ox while he is threshing, and The labourer is worthy of his wages (1 Tim 5:18). We are making a heavy investment of time and resources in the development, delivery and updating of the material. Many of the resources made available to group members are only otherwise accessed through purchasing various teaching series. Some are not available at all outside the Engaging God programme. When someone pays for something, it is a sign that they value it, and they are more likely to commit the time and energy necessary to follow through with it. We believe it is good to sow into the future. However, if the monthly subscription is not affordable in your situation, please contact us. We do not wish anyone to be excluded by costs which they cannot reasonably meet. Being Mentored If you already have a mentor who is on the programme, you can arrange with them to meet with you. If you have (or are assigned) a mentor, we suggest you may like to bless them financially with an amount up to the current subscription fee. If you wish to do this, please arrange it with them separately: Each person being mentored using the materials subscribes to the programme in the usual way for 12 per month. Each person being mentored may also give 12 per month to their mentor. This means that there is a maximum cost of 24 per person per month. If you do not have a mentor, we would encourage you to work through the Journey Preparation and Base Camp modules on your own. During this time you will have access to a forum where you can discuss your

5 progress with others on the journey. After a few months, we will give you the opportunity to join a mentoring group. Please note that this will be led by someone a little further along the journey, but not by Mike Parsons himself (the Supernatural Mentoring videos you may have seen on YouTube are not part of the Engaging God programme). Mentoring - Sowing into the Joshua generation After approximately 6 months we will ask you if you feel ready to begin mentoring others. There is no pressure to do so. We encourage you to recruit others into the programme, whom you can mentor either 1-to-1 or in groups of up to 12 (though of course, we are happy for you to recruit others into the programme at any time whether you mentor them or not). Mentors will continue to pay for their own monthly subscription, may also receive up to 12/month from each person they are mentoring. Gifts from mentees to mentors will be arranged directly between the individuals concerned and not through Freedom Apostolic Resources. Churches and other groups For those wishing to use the materials to mentor small groups of up to 8 people, each person using the materials will need to have their own subscription with Freedom ARC. For those wishing to use the materials to mentor larger groups such as churches, ministry schools etc., we may agree a discounted price. Please contact us. In either case, those being mentored may make an additional gift to the person running the group if they wish. Continuing development This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the continuing development of this manual for the benefit of future users. Sowing into it will enable us to consider options such as having it translated into other languages or produced as a written manual with resources for those without computer access. If you are able to offer practical help in these areas, we would be very pleased to hear from you. Equipping The purpose of the manual is for equipping the Joshua generation to become a habitation of God and a gateway of heaven by living in the dual realms of heaven and earth.

Technical requirements You will need to have internet access, ideally on a Windows pc or laptop, and a working knowledge of how to use your device(s). If you are an Apple/Mac user, the manual is designed to be compatible, but you will need to be able to resolve any Mac-specific issues yourself or through the forum. Although we will help if we can, we do not have any Apple Mac technical expertise. You may have only limited functionality on mobile devices, including Android and ipad tablets. This is even more noticeable on a smartphone, so although it is possible to access the resources on a phone, we do not recommend using this as the only device for following the programme. You will probably wish to have the ability to download teaching material to view or listen offline, though this is not essential if you have a reasonably fast, reliable internet connection. If you take part in mentoring, you may need the technology to engage in hangouts or skype calls (including a good internet connection, microphone and headset).
