It is headed by senior experienced HR professional with sound and long industrial experience in different segments. One of the main areas of HR service being training it conducts and organize various In house and Open house training programmes in India. The programmes conducted by HR Guru Associates are well received and appreciated Complexity of labour laws, has been compounded by the interpretation of various courts, laying down the laws in certain cases. Some judicial pronouncements are conflicting, causing undue hardships. Keeping in view the present political environment, it may be difficult for the Government to bring comprehensive changes in labour laws which being workers friendly, hence, it has become necessary for Managers / supervisors to learn through experience sharing as to how to implement present labour laws better. Therefore, it is necessary to get updated in their knowledge both in respect of existing laws, amendments and court judgements, to enable them to perform the function more efficiently. In view of constant demand and looking to the response to a similar workshop held earlier, HR Guru Associates are organising a non-residential two-day workshop on Knowledge of Labour Laws with amendments and Court Judgements Essential for Managers / Supervisors at 3-4 June 2016 at Hotel Sun-n-Sand, Pune and June 2016 at Hotel Green Park, Chennai and July 2016 at New Delhi. The workshop is designed for senior/middle level managers/executives of HR/Administration/Line functionaries from private and public sector organizations. GERA, a very Senior Faculty having in-depth knowledge in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Law, Economics and Journalism. He has over 30 years of experience in the corporate world. He is also Visiting Professor, Delhi University, Delhi School of Economics. He is Past President of Delhi Management Association. He has conducted/directed over 400 programs/seminars on Labour Laws, Contract Labour, Industrial Relations, Disciplinary Action, Soft Components of Discipline, Performance Related Reward, Management â Union Interface, Negotiation Skills, Compensation Management, latest Court judgments on Labour Laws, Managing Employee Separations.
