We will do this by offering horses (aka residents ) and their owners access to beautiful stable facilities, 32+ years of care and knowledge of horses and horsemanship, and best in class service. It is our mission to provide the very best for each resident and their owner. Our daily attention to cleanliness and care of each resident and of the property will be held to the highest standards. Stable Hand Responsibilities Include: Cleaning Stalls and Waters Grooming and Turning Out of Residents Tracking Inventory of Supplies Monitoring Feed and Medication for All Residents Accurately Tracking Work Hours Interacting with Owners, Potential Residents and Co-workers Monitoring Pastures, Fences, and Landscape for Safety, Improvements and Repairs Required Skills: Excellent Communicator Positive, CAN-DO Attitude Hard Working and On-Time Ability to Positively Receive Feedback, AND Offer Solutions Is Detail Oriented and Focused on Delivering Great Results to the Tasks at Hand Education and Experience: High School Graduate (or working towards the goal) 2+ years of working directly with horses
