2 Step 1 After Logging into ADP Select: My Team> Talent > Applications 1. Log into ADP Admin 2. My Team 3. Then Talent 4. Then Applications 2

Application Status: Pie Chart- visual view of all applicants for your requisitions it breaks down the number of candidates in each status New applications Screening Not qualified Interviewing Etc. 1. Status: You can view the status of the application: new application, does not meet qualifications, etc. in the far right column You will not be able to view the full candidate profiles when the status is New Application Next- half way down: 1. 7 Step 3 Candidate Profile 1. At the top you will find candidate contact information 2. Position Applied for 3. Here is were you will find resumes and attachments (cover letter, etc). 4. This section tells you if the profile was parsed from a resume or completed by the applicant This page will appear one you click the name of the candidate 1. This section tells you if the profile was parsed from a resume or completed by the applicant- use the resume and ignore the profile education and employment info if the profile is parsed from the resume (information may not be accurate). 1. If the profile was completed by employee (not parsed from resume) then you can review the education, employment, etc. sections. 7

Actions Button: 3 options: View Application in PDF form (easier to read version of profile) Change Application Status (called left message, scheduled interview, did not return call, etc.) be sure to update the status as you go View Application History (review previous status updates) 2. Candidate question responses If you have any questions you would like to add let HR know 1. 10 Step 4 Change Application Status Once you have made contact or attempted contact with the candidate: you will need to update the application status 1. Select Actions Button 2. 11 Step 4 Change Application Status 1. Select change status to* Only use status regarding candidate contact/attempted contact (see next slide for approved status changes) 2. Notes: Then type a quick note or reason for the change hereonce you write a note and submit you cannot delete it. 3. Select Done when finished 1.
