(BCS) is the regional community organisation At BCS we are driven by our Vision, Mission, and Values. BCS recently fulfilled the Strategic Plan for the period Successive annual reports have described our progress against the identified strategic priorities. The development of our new Strategic Plan involved consulting with our participants, community and government partners, staff, volunteers, and the Board of BCS. The feedback, ideas and suggestions we received throughout our Have Your Say Community Consultations have been incorporated into this plan, to ensure that our Vision of a connected, active and strong community remains at the forefront of everything that we do. Our new plan enables us to take a whole of agency approach to service delivery and seeks to focus our strategic direction by emphasizing four key themes that will build our capacity to create a strong and sustainable future for BCS and the community it serves. Our Four Key Themes Community Goal: The lives of people who live, work and play in Belconnen are enriched through their engagement with BCS Leadership Goal: Demonstrate leadership in our relationships and our practice People & Culture Goal: Our people are skilled, engaged and entrusted with responsibility Infrastructure Goal: A strong foundation of systems and resources to achieve our mission Our new plan articulates our goals and objectives that we will strive to achieve over the next three years.
