#1 Started: Tuesday, May 19, :36:08 AM Last Modified: Tuesday, May 19, :38:12 AM Time Spent: 00:02:03 IP Address: Moderately satisfied Average Preparing a written set of personal goal plans Applied for some internal vacancies. The program would be assisted by spacing the mentoring sessions out further - perhaps a month apart. The same number of mentoring sessions but further spaced. 1 / 19

#2 Started: Tuesday, May 19, :52:24 AM Last Modified: Tuesday, May 19, :58:01 AM Time Spent: 00:05:36 IP Address: Good Average From my perspective, my natural response is one of trying to solve the problem - so as a mentor, I am learning not to do that and sit back and get the mentee to solve it and I just facilitate the discussion. That has been working well. I have learnt to be more inquisitive of the questions I ask, rather than presenting solutions. I think the biggest benefit would be one of time. What we have found is that it is only more recently (and toward the end of the program) that we started to make genuine headway. I think that relationships - particularly ones based on trust take time - and I think a 6 month program is probably more realistic. 2 / 19

#3 Started: Tuesday, May 19, :08:40 PM Last Modified: Tuesday, May 19, :11:09 PM Time Spent: 00:02:28 IP Address: Very Good Effective A focus on raising my profile Have been appointed to national board which helps raise profile Start to raise profile of program 3 / 19

#4 Started: Tuesday, May 19, :24:17 AM Last Modified: Tuesday, May 19, :24:14 PM Time Spent: 02:59:56 IP Address: Good Average That a change in my my own behaviours can assist in achieving desired outcomes The way I approach engagement with my manager The program is very short and does not help facilitate building a trust-based relationship with the mentor. The program needs to accommodate the fact that both participants are very busy and that their "day jobs" require the program to accommodate changes in scheduled meetings and associated feedback that is sent through. 4 / 19

#6 Started: Tuesday, May 19, :10:45 PM Last Modified: Tuesday, May 19, :13:21 PM Time Spent: 00:02:35 IP Address: Very Good Average I probably have more to offer than I think. I just need to be confident enough to go after what I want. I can't sit back and hope for things to happen. Building confidence - putting myself out there for criticism through asking for honest feedback from peers. I think a longer period of mentoring would be beneficial. Often change takes time and it would be good to have a mentor that was available for a 6-12 month period. 6 / 19

#7 Started: Tuesday, May 19, :55:01 PM Last Modified: Tuesday, May 19, :56:46 PM Time Spent: 00:01:44 IP Address: Very Good Effective the leadership challenges across industries are the same using open questions across all interactions Q7: Help us with your suggestions on what can be improvised further to make the WOMEN LEAD Respondent skipped this question 7 / 19

#8 Started: Wednesday, May 20, :50:50 PM Last Modified: Wednesday, May 20, :56:38 PM Time Spent: 00:05:47 IP Address: Good Effective With a short program of this nature getting to an outcome of a plan for action and teh commencement of action should be deemed a success. The program is too short to expect significant results associated with actions to be apparent at this stage. Being involved has prompted a number of discussions with my friends and peers about the leadership and women and has heightened my awareness of the alternative styles that female leaders can exhibit. A longer kick off meeting focused on workshopping and establishing the issues that the mentee wants to address. This would ensure that more value is added during the subsequent mentoring sessions. 8 / 19

#9 Started: Friday, May 22, :10:53 AM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :12:36 AM Time Spent: 00:01:42 IP Address: Effective Program could have been longer. Been able to draw on previous experiences to help another in a different vertical. Longer program duration. 9 / 19

#10 Started: Friday, May 22, :09:38 AM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :13:44 AM Time Spent: 00:04:05 IP Address: Very Effective Sharing my story is powerful and helps to honour the journey I committed to frank feedback - I've done that easily its a great program. The matching is really important and worked well for us. All meetings have been on skype but that hasn't affected value of interaction. no suggestions! 10 / 19

#11 Started: Friday, May 22, :31:56 AM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :36:00 AM Time Spent: 00:04:04 IP Address: Effective Delegation requires assessing skill level and will of staff Started reading on topics of interest to be able to implement new structures of delegation / empowerment I think the program needs to go for a longer duration, as it's been challenging to find time to meet 5 times within the period due to annual leave and other commitments. A longer duration would enable more flexibility, as at times we have met almost too regularly to meet the needs of the program rather than the needs of the mentor/mentee. 11 / 19

#12 Started: Friday, May 22, :45:51 PM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :49:23 PM Time Spent: 00:03:32 IP Address: Very Good Effective The value of sharing experiences beyond traditional borders or networks - the applicability of more "universal" truths. Sharing experiences and supporting an other another person to achieve their personal objectives. 13 #13 Started: Friday, May 22, :14:55 PM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :16:19 PM Time Spent: 00:01:23 IP Address: Very Effective Great program but too short - to do this properly needs at least 6 months to effect change being able to make a difference in a talented woman's creer and prviding insights from experience per 5 13 / 19

#14 Started: Friday, May 22, :45:02 PM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :46:16 PM Time Spent: 00:01:14 IP Address: Very Effective Working with a motivated and high achieving woman has enabled me to learn Promoting the concept of confidence to woman leaders keep it going! 14 / 19

#15 Started: Friday, May 22, :52:41 PM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :01:16 PM Time Spent: 00:08:34 IP Address: Effective My mentor is not only very knowledgeable in her area of expertise but also quickly grasps the issues and challenges pertaining to my domain and provide very good options to navigate those challenges, which helps achieve one of my goals in developing a network. By becoming more aware of my capability and what to look for in my next role, i become more selective in assessing a role description and making the 'right' decision for myself if i should go for it or not. The 3 month period is quite compressed and not all the goals can be achieved in that short a time. Perhaps a longer program with monthly sessions rather than fortnightly that way there is longer time to assess. 15 / 19

#16 Started: Friday, May 22, :30:26 PM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :32:33 PM Time Spent: 00:02:06 IP Address: Effective Strategy on a page Kicked off a 'relationbship' within someone within the international business area of Origin who is outside technology My recommendation is not to obligate the completion of mentoring template reports, as it is very personal journey 16 / 19

#17 Started: Friday, May 22, :13:29 PM Last Modified: Friday, May 22, :22:54 PM Time Spent: 00:09:24 IP Address: Very Effective It is important to keep mentees on track throughout the 6 weeks. Possible when pairing is very good as has been in our case however I can see how it could be a challenge if the pairing is not effective. Looked broader for other opportunities. Used some of the material with 3 hi potential internal mentees within my organisation (mixture of male/females) For an initial kick off you have got it directionally right. Continue to emphasize meeting formally in the office.diverse pairing (different industries) is great as mentors also learn a lot. I am keen to hear from other mentors their experiences.the discipline of mentees filling in a form with feedback after each session is excellent. A very rewarding experience. More time required to provide any feedback/complete surveys etc as some of us travel extensively and schedules are difficult. 17 / 19

#18 Started: Saturday, May 23, :14:04 AM Last Modified: Saturday, May 23, :17:35 AM Time Spent: 00:03:31 IP Address: Very Effective The focused time of this program allowed me to make decisions on my objectives & land an action plan Confirmed my intention on a board career pathway. The program allowed me to really explore & decide on this path. I have now booked the directors course & applied for 2 potential roles! It would be good to have more face to face with other mentees & mentors for networking & leveraging broader skill sets 18 / 19

#19 Started: Monday, May 25, :58:17 AM Last Modified: Monday, May 25, :01:25 AM Time Spent: 00:03:08 IP Address: Very Good Respondent skipped this question Effective I have more to share than I realised and that is it very rewarding. Looked internally at ways our company can do similar exercises to provide more opportunities for women. Initial kick-off - could have had a little more education/explanation to the mentors on their role, how it should work as I was unsure how to commence 19 / 19
