3 The HR voice SBP Conference Hosted at the Movenpick Hotel, the SBP Conference set ambitious targets for the upcoming quarter with employees feeling motivated to achieve the targeted 116 IYA. The three day conference ended with a musical performance by Sajjad Ali. However the real stars were the employees recognized in the Performance Recognition Program. In brief August saw the closure of IDPs for all 3PL and permenant staff Promotions, awards and incentives were disbursed SMARTs for all employees were locked on September 18 th 2015 Performance Recognition Program As HR, we strongly believe results are driven by our valuable employees. For this reason, the Performance Recognition Program was launched to reward Officer and Supervisory staff for their work on and off the field. The winners were awarded a cash price of Rs. 10,000 along with a star performer trophy and a certificate. The event created an electrifying atmosphere amongst the guests who appreciated our winners for their unwavering efforts. Our STARs! 4 Offsite 2015: Skardu shenanigans The much-awaited annual Abudawood Offsite tradition exposed the ADP managerial employees to the majestic beauty of Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan. The major attraction of the trip quickly became the C130 Planes which was a first time experience for many employees. employees who make the financial achievements of the fiscal years possible. These were discussed in the Sales Conference held on the Second day with top performers being recognized and awarded Star Performance Awards on the day of arrival. The stay at the heavenly Shangrilla Resort set the stage for a great Offsite. Other sites included visits to the Sukh Valley, Upper Kachura Lake, the historical Khaploo Fort and Shigarh Fort. The highest plains in the world, the Deosai Plains were also on the itinerary, including a stopover at the Sadpara Lake. The Offisite is an exciting experience not only to put faces to names but also to recognize the efforts of all The bonds forged on the Offsite serves as fodder for the drive and zeal for the next fiscal year! 7 What are other people up to Kalsoom Lakhani Founder/CEO of Invest 2 Innovate i2i is working to build a better enabling environment in Pakistan to encourage investment & entrepreneurship Kalsoom Lakhani is the Founder/CEO of Invest2Innovate, or i2i, which supports startups and the broader entrepreneurship ecosystem in developing markets, beginning in Pakistan. She is also the co-founder of The Hero Project, a storytelling platform that celebrates and highlights everyday hidden heroes. Kalsoom has trained young entrepreneurs, change-makers, and civil society leaders in Cambodia, Ireland, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. She has been a Washington, D.C. co-ambassador for Sandbox, a global network of innovators under 30, and is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers.
