3 Organizational Structure & Employee Record Management IMPRO HRM supports a flexible organizational chart, where job positions, hierarchy levels and business locations can be easily configured and planned ahead of time. The organizational structure is used to define the right access to information and operations for each employee, in line with job responsibilities and its managerial level. 4 Recruitment & Exit Process The system offers predefined workflows, flexible to modifications in order to guarantee a well-defined staff recruitment and exit process. IMPRO HRM makes it easy to organize job vacancies and applications, by directly publishing job announcements in organization s recruitment website, promoting job boards, collecting job applications online and tracking them through the recruitment workflow. IMPRO makes it possible to conduct communication with the applicant and co-workers from within the system, based on templates or triggered by user actions. Meetings and interviews with the applicant can be scheduled and recorded in IMPRO HRM, too.
