Does your organization have the next generation of diverse leaders who will bring these skills to the clients and communities that you serve? What are the challenges and deliberate strategies that you will need to implement to hire, develop, advance, and retain your future leaders? Today s leaders, regardless of the size or headquarters of their organization, recognize the personal responsibility to identify talent and align it with business-critical opportunities so that we can bridge the gap and provide a sustainable leadership pipeline.
