1 COMPANY PROFILE - ACCUMETRIC LLC Accumetric, LLC manufactures packages and markets adhesives, sealants, lubricants and related products. The ISO 9002-certified company manufactures or purchases product in bulk from major domestic and foreign suppliers and packages these various products into cartridges, tubes, sausages, bottles, cans and other smaller containers. The packaged products are private-labeled or sold nationally and internationally under the BOSS label in-house to OEMs and through numerous wholesale distributors The company operates in five business segments: Accumetric-branded product, marketed under the "BOSS " brand name; the Dynatex brand name; private labeling / custom packaging; contract packaging, the manufacturing of high performance silicone sealants, lubricants and latex products specially formulated to meet the unique requirements of the markets served and Meter- Mix dispensing equipment. Accumetric markets, through distribution, an extensive line of adhesives, sealants, lubricants and other specialty products under the BOSS label. The distributors then sell these adhesives, sealants and lubricants primarily to the construction, industrial MRO, HVAC, RV and manufactured housing, insulation, cultured marble, automotive aftermarket, pool and spa, paint and sundries, electrical and electronics industries. Dynatex markets silicone compounds, lubricants, cleaners and custom packaged products to the automotive aftermarket. 2 Accumetric Custom Packaging/Contract Packaging business provides innovative solutions for all private label packaging requirements. With over 25 years experience, packaging thousands of formulations for companies varying in size from small start-ups to Fortune 500, in an assortment of containers including: Caulking Cartridges Aluminum Tubes Plastic Tubes Sausages Two-Part Side-by-Side Cartridges Pipettes Cans Bottles Jars High and low viscosity materials, multi-component compounds, moisture and oxygen sensitive formulations are just a few of the more demanding products packaged by our experienced and quality minded production staff. In 1996, the purchase of the John W. Blair Co. established Accumetric as a major source for packaging multi-component materials, e.g., two component epoxies, poly-urethanes, silicones, acrylics, etc. The John W. 3 Meter-Mix, a division of Accumetric, LLC, was founded 30 years ago to provide innovative solutions for the most demanding metering, mixing and dispensing problems. Meter-Mix is a manufacturer of equipment specifically tailored to the customer's specific application. The equipment can be designed around almost any material - single or plural component, abrasive or non-abrasive, low, medium or high viscosities When the customer's application demands metering, mixing and dispensing equipment that is accurate, reliable, easy to operate and maintain, and economically priced, Meter-Mix is the solution. Accumetric Engineered Products Group Our fully equipped, temperature controlled compounding facility manufactures a wide variety of adhesives, sealants and lubricants. Products manufactured include neutral cure silicone sealants, latex caulks, silicone lubricating compounds, silicone coatings and specialty adhesive formulations. Whether providing the finished product or serving as a toll manufacturer, specially formulated products are produced to meet your quality requirements. Strict compounding procedures guarantee the exact reproduction of the product. In addition to high sheer mixers, specially-designed equipment is available to custom color your finished product. Custom Compounding and Pigmenting Our fully equipped, temperature controlled compounding facility is available to manufacturer adhesive or sealant formulations to your specifications. Whether providing all the raw material components or serving as a toll manufacturer, specially formulated products are produced to meet your quality requirements. In recent years, international sales have provided a rapid growth platform for the company. Accumetric currently markets and distributes products in more than 70 countries, with the major markets being the Middle East, China, South America, and the Pacific Rim. We continue to increase its international presence and expect international sales to continue to have significant growth. Through joint ventures with prominent firms in a region, Accumetric plans to establish regional packaging facilities throughout the world. MANUFACTURING PLANT IN ELIZABETH TOWN The companies modern packaging and manufacturing plants are located in Elizabethtown, KY and Columbus, OH. Accumetric Engineered Products (AEP), manufactures adhesives, sealants and compounds in our modern manufacturing facility, completed in This new facility includes a fully equipped development laboratory to support the growing market for specially formulated materials. Sales offices are maintained in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Columbus, OH; Thailand and Hong Kong. 5 With the momentum Accumetric has built in the international markets and with now more than 2000 U.S. stocking distributors covering the markets served, Accumetric is well positioned for double-digit growth into the 21st century. Accumetric Asia Pacific ( AAP), Bangkok Thailand, was started at 2000 especially to cater Asia Pacific Market. Presently AAP established the products in 37 countries with the Branches in India, UAE and Indonesia.
