2 Depositing and Extruding [ As flexible as the market - simple, multicolored or center filled ] 2 The OKA-Depositor Type AQ is the most flexible system available on the market. Designed for the production of biscuit and confectionery the AQ is capable of covering the complete range of a modern production with one unit only. If used as a simple bar extruder or as a multiflexible multicolor depositor, the AQ series can be expanded step-by-step and easily upgraded. These systems gives maximum flexibility and is prepared for a quick change in production needs. OKA equipment even offers in mono production environments later expansion possibilities. If drop-depositing, wire cutting, moveable depositing, extrusion, co-extrusion or aerated dough, depositing dough, fat-based material or complex choco-chunk dough is your preference - with OKA it is a matter of accessories. 7 Handling, Cleaning and Maintenance [ Minimum Downtime guaranteed! ] 7 Handling The success of a machine in daily operation is generally based on simple operation. The AQ design was focused on this fact. Additionally to the machine controls a large range of tools have been designed, such as maintenance carts and cleaning devices. During installation of the equipment an intensive training of the operating people is standard. Cleaning Cleaning time is down time, therefore are components of the AQ have been designed for simple dismounting and reassembling. Washing devices and cleaning devices are reducing the downtime to a minimum. The use of stainless steel materials and heavy duty coatings are supporting the cleaning process. Maintenance The machine is equipped with different maintenance functions for preventive maintenance. Samples are: central Lubrification, Maintenance Indicators via the operating panel, maintenance carts etc. Pump units The dosing system of the depositing and extruding unit AQ is designed out of long-lasting aluminum materials with special patented coatings. This assures long endurability and long lasting weight precision.
