3 IFIA Safety Conference October 2018 Hosted by Port of Rotterdam Venue: World Port Centre - Wilhelminakade 901, 3072 AR, Rotterdam Welcome to the IFIA Safety Conference. Organised together with BP, ExxonMobil, and Shell, this multi-stakeholder conference brings together representatives from the inspection, petroleum, terminals and shipping industries to discuss key safety issues. The event will include sessions on the role of leadership in safety and will include thought-provoking presentations given by the petroleum inspection industry on various topical safety issues faced in both on and offshore settings. Certain sessions will include interactive break-out sessions with the overall aim of providing a forum to share ideas and openly discuss and resolve pertinent safety issues in order to work towards a stronger safety working culture and environment for all.

6 Speakers Bios Cedric Parentelli, Director of Europe and North Africa, DuPont Cedric is a senior executive with extensive consulting experience across diverse industries. He is passionate about delivering sustainable results to the client by aligning and leading organisations in generating revenue enhancements, operational improvements and cost reductions in a global environment. Cédric has worked extensively in Europe, Asia and the Americas selling and leading operational consulting assignments in the manufacturing, aerospace, chemical, pharmaceutical, logistics, utilities and high-tech sectors with a capability focus on supply chain management, operational excellence, organisational effectiveness, performance improvement, leadership development, cultural change and business transformation programs. Tony Gower-Jones, Boardmember, Tripod Foundation As an HSE leader Tony is guided by the belief that people come to work with the intention of doing a good job and not to cause incident or harm. The fact that behaviours are sometimes less than adequate is influenced by the environment we as leaders create at work; through the expectations we set, our leadership behaviours, processes & systems. Simply what we as leaders in the work place signal as being important. Tony s passion is developing HSE professionals who can help their leaders create meaningful conversations. He has worked for Shell, Network Rail and Centrica leading HSE in different countries and many different environments. James Coull, Director, JSHP Consulting Ltd. James Coull worked for Total UK Ltd for nearly 30 years in a number of operational and safety roles including managing top-tier COMAH sites and heading up their HSEQ department. Since leaving Total he has set up JSHP Consulting Ltd which focusses on providing practical Health and Safety support to the downstream oil industry. Dinner reception Q&A with Anastasios Papandreou - Seconded Energy Expert in the European Commission, DG Energy Unit for Security of Supply. He is responsible for matters concerning the Offshore Safety Directive and its implementation by the European Member States. He coordinates the EU Offshore Authorities Group as well as the technical training workshops for the competent authorities. His past experience in the field of energy includes the organization of gas and electricity markets, the introduction of LNG in electricity generation, as well as International Energy Treaties.
