1 APPENDIX A MAJOR MACHINERY CATEGORY DATA THE U.S. PACKAGING MACHINERY INDUSTRY As indicated in Section 2, a total of 210 members participated in the 2009 Shipments Survey. This represented a 42% response rate. The four tables given in this section present major machinery category baseline data generated from these responding members. These results were used to calculate Key Findings summarized in Section 3.
