3 THE EXPERIENCES (1) From 1983 to 2017, SeTeL has designed and developed course weeks (corrisponding to more than instructional hours in operation and maintenance activities), of which: 163 weeks of Management and Basic Technical training weeks of Technical training on Complex Defence systems 551 weeks of Maintenance training on Air Traffic Control systems 163 weeks addressed to training on Avionic and Simulation systems 505 weeks of training on Aerospace and Telecommunication systems 315 weeks of training on Railway Transportation & Signalling systems 3
