3 Product Status Pending If the Payment Method shows No Payment, it means the customers used store credits or a voucher. (No orders will ever flow to Seller Center if the payment has not been verified) This will not affect your payment from THE ICONIC so please process the order 3

4 FULFILLMENT PROCESS Fulfillment Process Cancelling Orders You will have to cancel your orders if you are unable to fulfill it due to (e.g.) Out of Stock If your UTF (Unable to fulfill) rate is above 1% for 2 consecutive days, your brand(s) will be deactivated until issue has been resolved. Under pending tab, Select order that cannot be fulfilled and click cancel (this will cancel the whole order) 4

5 Cancelling Orders You will have to cancel your orders if you are unable to fulfill the order due to (e.g.) Out of Stock If your UTF (Unable to fulfill) rate is above 1% for 2 consecutive days, your brand(s) will be deactivated until issue has been resolved. You can also cancel by item level, if the customer ordered more than 1 product and you cannot only fulfil one 5

6 Cancelling Orders You will have to cancel your orders if you are unable to fulfill the order due to being Out of Stock If your UTF (Unable to fulfill) rate is above 1% for 2 consecutive days, your brand(s) will be deactivated until issue has been resolved. Select the cancellation reason from the dropdown and click save Please note that you will not be able to fulfil the order once you cancel it 6

7 FULFILLMENT PROCESS Fulfillment Process Cancelling Orders You will have to cancel your orders if you are unable to fulfill the order due to being Out of Stock If your UTF (Unable to fulfill) rate is above 1% for 2 consecutive days, your brand(s) will be deactivated until issue has been resolved. You are able to see your cancelled orders under the Completed Tab 7

8 Order Status Pending All orders will still appear in the Orders Tab. Orders and order items that are pending will be listed in the Pending Tab. 8

9 Order Status Pending Click on the + sign to expand and see customer and order details Check if Customer Shipping Address looks complete (House #, Street Name, Zip code). If not, do not process your order and contact us via the helpdesk. 9

10 Order Status Pending Once you confirm all details and packed your orders, you are ready to have your order picked-up. Let us know in advance if you need more shipping providers to be added to your list! 1. Go back to the Pending tab and click ready to ship under the Actions column 2. Select your delivery provider from the dropdown menu. 3. Click create package & next 4. A pop-up will prompt you to enter in the package tracking number PLEASE NOTE: - A tracking ID cannot be amended - A tracking ID can only be used once - Incorrect tracking ID s will have a negative impact on your onsite delivery estimation. 1 10

11 FULFILLMENT PROCESS Fulfillment Process Order Status Ready To Ship Your processed orders will move to the Ready to Ship Tab Once the courier service collect your order, you will need to select the orders to set them to Shipped All, this will only move the one order line item to shipped. You are able to use the multi grab tool to Set status to shipped. ONLY complete this step after your orders have been collected. This step will allow the customer to receive the tracking number 11
